    Running Tracks: Levi Fruits

Next up we have Levi Fruits (Our House) putting the sun in Sunday! ‘Since lockdown I have been running every morning Mon - Fri before breakfast. So this mix is a representation of how my head feels trying to drag myself out of bed and around my regular 5k. It’s a real head fuck sometimes and there are songs in this mix that represent that.’ Here’s a pic by our little girl of me running. Apphia - Age 4

    Running Tracks: Effy

Next up in our running series we have Effy. Making a real noise in the local scene we are excited to share with you her mix which is guaranteed to keep your body moving! "I had a lot of fun with this and I hope you can hear that too. I geeked out a tad and kept the mix between 120-125 as that is around the average person's heartbeat whilst jogging. I’ve selected records that put you into a meditative state, with lots of different instruments like the trumpet, flute, piano alongside some trippy vocals but allowing moments for reflection to take in your surroundings. A mix of old and new, I hope you enjoy!"

    Running Tracks: Tommy B

"I’ve always enjoyed the faster side of music when it comes to running and I hope this mix will help to keep your pace fast right until the end. I also couldn’t resist including my love for cringey remixes that pop up every now and then to distract you from the monotony of running. You can’t help but keep going when your music’s calling you boss."

    Running Tracks: Croft

First up in our Running Tracks Mix Series is our trusty selector Croft, who has provided 45 minutes of strictly vinyl jogging goodness to keep you going on an evening venture. "The mix aims to focus upon the funner side of the club material I enjoy, running can be very boring and the music I usually listen to needs to keep me entertained. While being repetitive I wanted the mix to have a nice range, aiming to maintain the energy levels while switching things up to take your mind off the increasing pain."
