Through reflection, storytelling, and embodied awareness, the show honors grief as a lifelong, non-linear experience and not something to fix or move past. Hosted by Kimberley Patterson, an intuitive grief guide, death doula, and licensed esthetician, Sacred Arc offers grief education, meaning-making, and nervous system informed reflection for those learning how to live alongside loss.
