Is there a nice way to say mean things?
Absolutely there is a way for you to be honest, and at the same time, for you to be respectful, kind, considerate, and honorable! I actually find that a lot of adults are not this way right now. A lot of adults, especially those who are in really visible positions, whether they be politics, or show business, or TV, I think are more in the business of hearing themselves talk, drawing attention to themselves, or going around picking fights, and creating drama.

I realize that being popular or well liked by others is a natural desire and something that many people dream about or want to have happen in their school, in their sports teams, in life, etc. It's wonderful when others like you, want to be with you, respect you, and want to be like you. Finish your year like a BOSS!
It's the end of the year and it's time to finish strong! Don't get stuck in a cycle of self-pity or blaming others and instead focus on working the problem. As Einstein famously said, "It's not that I'm smarter than other people, it's that I can stay with a problem longer." Use this time to build confidence in your ability to handle anything, and take action with three simple steps: acknowledge what needs to be done, ask for help where needed, and make a plan. With these strategies you can end the year with honor and come out stronger for next year.
