Chaos is BACK, Baby (Chaos Chronicle #1 S2)

The Chaos Chronicles are BACK for Season 2… and we are picking up right where we left off — emotionally vulnerable one second, absolutely unhinged the next. The girls start by recovering from Dalany’s birthday episode (yes, the one that made everyone feel something), before immediately spiraling into the birthday festivities: the parties, the iconic PowerPoint night (“23: Where Will She Be?”), and a night out on the town where Dalany had a very important mission… that may or may not have been completed. We’ll let you decide if it was a success or a cop out. Then, casually, life-changing information gets dropped — Dalany moving to Seattle might actually be a real possibility… and Payton has the dream receipts to prove it.Of course, we couldn’t go an episode without:⚾ Banana Ball updates (always)💘 The shocking revelation that people we know have MET Jackson Olson🎤 A full breakdown of who we think we could realistically pull (Payton is shocked, Dalany is confident, as she should be)💃 Megan Thee Stallion as Ziegler in Moulin Rouge — and yes, she has our official stamp of approvalWe round things out with our Moods & Modes (what we’re doing, loving, and obsessing over), a little sneak peek of what’s coming next, and then… somehow… end on unexpected Dalany family lore that even Dalany didn’t plan on sharing. The chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are endless, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything.Grab your drink, catch up on the drama, and come spiral with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘✨

    Dalany Inc: Year 22 Review

It’s Dalany’s birthday… which means Payton was left in charge of the episode. That was the first mistake.Instead of doing something normal, Payton decided to conduct the official yearly business review of Dalany Inc., recapping the successes, failures, growth charts, emotional damages, and unexpected plot twists from Dalany’s 22nd fiscal year.We go through stats, patterns, personality traits, and major life events while Payton lovingly roasts Dalany for an hour straight… while also proving she might be her biggest fan. From the goofy moments to the genuinely beautiful ones, this episode turns into a full appreciation report disguised as corporate analysis.Dalany sets her goals, intentions, and KPIs for Year 23, talking about what she wants to grow, what she wants to protect, and how she plans to keep the whimsy alive even while life keeps getting more serious. We also listen messages from the people who love her most, because at the end of the day this episode isn’t really about roasting… it’s about celebrating someone who makes life brighter just by being in it.Sometimes the Elephant Room is chaos.Sometimes it’s therapy.Sometimes it’s a full performance review for your best friend. So grab a slice of cake, pour something bubbly, and come sit in the Elephant Room with us.The charts are detailed, the love is loud, and the elephant in the room is… Dalany might actually be the moment. 🐘🎂✨

    The Personal Style Spiral

Alright… we know things have been a little deep lately. So this week we’re talking about something extremely important, highly intellectual, and not complicated at all… fashion. The girls will never claim to know how to look good, but we definitely know something. We’re just not sure what that something is yet.We go through our fashion eras over the years (including the shocking revelation that Payton might have been a fashion baddie in high school… and she did not know it at the time). Then we spiral into what we wish our style was now, what we think it is, and what it realistically can be.Because personal style isn’t just about what you like. It’s what you can afford, what actually looks good on you, what your lifestyle allows, your hair, your makeup, your tattoos, your nails, your color season, your birth chart, your confidence level, and apparently the emotional stability you have that week.We talk about the struggle of wanting one aesthetic but being born for another, the very real barriers of body types and budgets, and why sometimes the outfit only works if you believe it works. If anyone out there actually understands fashion… please help.We are taking applications. At the end of the day, the best thing you can wear is confidence.Even if the outfit is questionable. So grab your mirror, try on five outfits you hate, put one back on anyway, and come sit in the Elephant Room with us.The fits are inconsistent, the opinions are strong, and the elephant in the room is… we just want to feel hot. 🐘✨👗

    Lucky Girl Syndrome

Lucky Girl Syndrome… because obviously everything works out for us.It’s March, the luck of the Irish is in the air, and the girls are leaning all the way into it. Both Dalany and Payton come from strong Irish roots, so this time of year always feels a little extra magical. Dalany fully claims her title as the St. Patrick’s Day princess as she talks about the traditions she grew up with — including the parades her dad puts on and the chaos that comes with celebrating the holiday properly.Naturally, the conversation spirals into manifesting, luck, and whether you can actually convince the universe to be on your side. The girls quickly realize they approach this very differently. Dalany trusts the universe completely and lets the magic happen. Payton… stresses about all the work she has to do first and then thanks the universe anyway.Dalany deep dives into the psychology behind “Lucky Girl Syndrome,” while Payton mostly contributes chaotic anecdotes and increasingly unhinged lucky girl affirmations. Somewhere along the way the girls realize their usual dynamics might have switched a little this episode. But maybe that’s the point.Sometimes luck looks like manifesting your dreams. Sometimes it looks like working yourself into the ground and hoping it pays off. And sometimes it’s simply finding the right people to laugh through the chaos with.So grab something green, trust the universe (or your to-do list), and come sit in the Elephant Room with us.Because lately… the girls are feeling luckier than ever. 🍀🐘✨

    In Our "Everything's Fine" Era

In our “Everything’s Fine” era… and we are smiling while we say that. It’s a weird time. For us. For you. For everyone. And if there’s one thing Gen Z knows how to do, it’s cope with dark humor and a perfectly timed meme. So yes, we laugh. A lot. But also… we talk about what’s actually been weighing on us.This episode is a soft tribute to Dalany’s sweet dog, Chilli. We miss you already, old man. 🤍The girls open up about the complicated history we all seem to have with trauma and mental health. The way therapy can heal you… and sometimes make you feel like you need more therapy. The way humor becomes a shield, a bridge, and occasionally a distraction. We unpack what’s been affecting us lately, how we’re navigating it, and how comedy helps — but isn’t the whole solution.Because moral of the story? It’s okay not to be okay.Just don’t unpack and live there forever.Comedy = Tragedy / Time.Only you get to decide how much time.So grab your comfort drink, send the “I’m fine” text you don’t mean, and come sit in the Elephant Room with us. The jokes are loud, the feelings are real, and the elephant in the room is… we’re all just trying our best. 🐘✨

Chardonnay & Chocolate (But Make It Platonic)

It’s Galentine’s in the Elephant Room… and yes, we are once again single. The girls pop the chardonnay, pull out the chocolate-covered strawberries, and exchange long-stemmed roses... for each other. Because if the men are inconsistent, at least we’re not.We talk about how our relationship with Valentine’s Day has evolved (from bitter and dramatic to romantic and slightly delusional). The bad Valentine’s Days. The questionable men. Our dads being our first Valentines. The very real chance that Dalany and Payton could have crossed paths at daddy-daughter date nights and saved themselves a lot of trouble. We do a full love temperature check. Are we hopeful? Avoidant? Romantic? Confused? (Yes, Jackson Olson is mentioned. No, we are not sorry. At least Payton isn't...) The girls play “Him or Me?” and it gets aggressive when Stray Kids and Harry Styles enter the chat, because we all know that Dalany said she would pick Payton Just to save face. We spiral about what we’re actually looking for, what we’re avoiding, and whether we’d even notice if someone liked us anyway. There’s wine. There’s chaos. There are soft confessions hiding under sarcasm. But at the end of it all… we’re still secretly hoping for romance.Grab your glass, tell your bestie you love them, and lets get a little romantic in the Elephant room tonight. 💕🐘✨

    The Bohemian Hotline

We’re back, darlings. And we are not coming quietly.Season 2 of the Elephant Room kicks off with something bigger than ever — The Bohemian Hotline. Dalany and Payton are joined by some of their closest girlfriends — Tiya, Via, Shelby, and Shikhu — for a long-overdue, long-awaited, LOOOONGGG episode to make up for the even longer break.Together, the girls unpack the four ideals of the bohemian lifestyle:✨ Truth🎨 Beauty🕊 Freedom❤️ And above all else… loveWhat do those words actually mean in real life? In friendships? In art? In chaos? In growing up? The conversation spirals (as it should), blending vulnerability, laughter, and the kind of connection that only happens when you put a group of strong women in a room with microphones. This episode isn’t just a catch-up. It’s a reset. A reintroduction. A rebranding of the energy.Season 2 also means:☎️ The official launch of the Bohemian Hotline — where we’ll start bringing YOU (and special guests) into the Elephant Room🎧 Expanding beyond Spotify to Apple Music, YouTube, and Amazon Music🔥 A whole new wave of chaos, creativity, and connectionThe girls are back. The vision is bigger. The love is louder. So grab your tea, call your besties, and step into Season 2 with us. The Elephant Room just got a little more bohemian. 🐘✨

    The People We Vacation With

Inspired by People We Meet on Vacation, Dalany and Payton are officially in their travel-rom-com era. The girls start planning all of the dream trips they swear they’ll take together, despite the fact that they haven’t actually done many girls’ trips before… but they’re choosing to believe the friendship will survive. They talk about what really makes or breaks travel dynamics, why some friendships don’t make it back from vacation, and the unspoken rules of who you should and should not travel with. From past trip fails to hard boundaries, the girls unpack what works for them, what absolutely doesn’t, and what they’ve learned the hard way.Of course, the dream trips make an appearance including the triple-whammy fantasy:🎢 Disney / EPCOT🏎 an F1 race⚾ a Banana Ball game(all in one trip, obviously… maybe with Jackson Olson as a tour guide 😉)Payton leans fully into her travel-writer fantasy, the kind that comes with café mornings, trains, notebooks, and vacations that feel like movies. Dalany supports the vision, the chaos, and the rom-com delusion. Maybe the girls will finally channel their inner Poppy, take the trip, and live out the vacation montage they deserve.Pack light, romanticize everything, and come plan a life that feels like a movie with us. 🐘✨

Winter Solstice, Christmas, New Year… Oh My

The girls are officially dead from the holiday run, but we lived to tell the tale. Dalany and Payton try (and mostly fail) to spend quality time together while juggling winter solstice rituals, Christmas chaos, and the looming pressure of a new year.Winter solstice kicks things off in full witch mode — vision boards, wishes, manifestations, and strict rules about what magic Dalany is not allowed to do (no fire magic!!!). Payton is brewing dreams the responsible way with readings, crystals, and quiet reflection, while Dalany… vibes aggressively. Then comes Christmas: engagements, emotional gifts that hit a little too hard, chaotic family dynamics, genuine moments of joy, and the kind of holiday speed-running that leaves you questioning reality. It’s loud, sentimental, messy, and somehow still magical. Finally, the girls stare down the new year. Dalany is ready to party her way into it. Payton is staying home, probably in pajamas, protecting her peace. Together, they say goodbye to 2025, exhausted, grateful, and a little suspicious of what’s coming next.Happy holidays, happy manifesting, and buckle up… because we have some surprises coming your way. 🐘✨

High Energy, Immaculate Vibes (Chaos Chronicles #7)

It’s been a minute… and the girls have a LOT to catch you up on. Welcome back to the Chaos Chronicles, where Dalany and Payton finally spill everything that’s been happening behind the scenes.Dalany’s been deep in her mental health and mindset era. Her energy is high, her vibes are immaculate, and the real question is: is this manic energy or is she just genuinely thriving? Meanwhile, Payton landed a new job in her actual field while finishing her first semester of grad school, learning more about herself, her art, and her capacity than she ever expected.Somehow, this episode also includes:🏎 Dalany’s favorite F1 driver winning world champion🎮 Payton understanding F1 only because of Mario Kart🌱 Payton getting back into gaming (yes, the Stardew Valley farm is thriving)💘 The men we are currently drooling over🎄 A “’Tis the Seasons” check-in on all the holidays we planned episodes for… and then lived through✈️ Dalany officially scheduling a trip to Washington (will she make it? TBD)🎧 Spotify Wrapped, favorite shows, and personal updatesThe chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are everywhere, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything.Grab your snack plate, check your Spotify Wrapped, and come spiral with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘✨

Surviving Adulthood One Cart at a Time

Before anything else, we start this episode with what matters most: everyone deserves access to a good meal. In an economy where so many people are going without, Dalany and Payton talk about the importance of giving back to your community — mindfully. Whether that’s volunteering, donating, or participating in things like Angel Trees, this is about genuine care, not a trend or a performance. And then… we get into it — because honestly? We hate grocery shopping. The girls reminisce about grocery trips with their parents, childhood homemade snacks from ingredient-only households, and the rude awakening of realizing that adulthood means planning, shopping, prepping, and cooking all by yourself. They talk mini carts (elite), grocery staples, favorite stores, sweet treats, food wins, food fails, and the meals that get them through the week. They also unpack food waste, budgeting, coupons, smarter planning, and how to be a more intentional shopper without losing your mind — or your paycheck. The episode closes on a sincere and vulnerable note, acknowledging that food can be complicated. Some people struggle to eat because of financial barriers, others because of physical or mental health challenges. Payton opens up about her experiences with eating disorders and how they’ve shaped her relationship with food, grocery shopping, and self-talk.We don’t have all the answers (we’re not professionals) but we want you to know this: it’s okay to struggle while you’re growing. The chaos is thoughtful, the tangents are snack-filled, and the elephant in the room is learning how to nourish ourselves ... in every sense of the word.Grab your list, take a deep breath, and come walk the aisles with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘🛒

    Gobble Gobble Girlies

Happy Thanksgiving from the Elephant Room! 🦃✨ This week, the girls are feeling extra grateful. For life, for growth, and most importantly… for you, yes you, the listeners who keep this chaotic little corner of the internet alive.Dalany and Payton dive headfirst into the very best and absolute worst parts of Thanksgiving. They talk food (including Payton’s fully justified hatred of green bean casserole), family dynamics that feel straight out of a sitcom, and the impossible-to-escape questions that haunt every holiday gathering, especially the dreaded “So… when are you getting a boyfriend?”They unpack everything from: 🍽 Family Thanksgiving vs. Friendsgiving🥧 Comfort food vs. cursed dishes📅 The intense hour-by-hour holiday schedule🎭 Dramatic stories🏡 Navigating your first holiday on your ownAnd because the chaos always comes with heart, the girls end the episode with a gratitude moment. Reflecting on how much has changed this year, what they’ve overcome, how they’ve grown, and why they’re so thankful to have each other (and you!) through all of it.The chaos is cozy, the stories are nostalgic, and the elephant in the room is wearing extra stretchy sweatpants. Grab a plate, pour a drink, and come be thankful with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘🧡

    Eight Years, One Elephant

This week is a special one, the girls are celebrating eight years of friendship, which means the chaos is heartfelt, the memories are vivid, and this is officially the longest episode in Elephant Room history.Dalany and Payton take a step back from the noise of life and dive into the roots of their relationship: how they see each other, why their connection has always felt different, and how their bond has grown through high school, adulthood, heartbreaks, jokes, and even the weird inside humor no one else on earth would ever understand. They revisit:✨ The moments that shaped them✨ The humor they invented together✨ Their friendship staples (yes, Red Robin is canon)✨ The vibes of their teenage years vs. who they are now✨ The unspoken ways they just “get” each otherAnd because it wouldn’t be an Elephant Room anniversary without some shenanigans, the girls test how well they actually know each other with a round of Most Likely To, uncovering new things, old truths, and some mildly incriminating revelations. The chaos is sentimental, the tangents are memory-soaked, and the elephant in the room is friendship itself.Pack your nostalgia, grab a bottomless basket of Red Robin fries, and come walk down memory lane with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘❤️

  14. 16

Two Theatre Girls Walk into a Sports Bar

Two theatre girls like… sports? Shocking, we know. This week, Payton and Dalany are trading jazz hands for game-day foam fingers as they unpack their very different (and very chaotic) relationships with sports.Payton reveals her deep family history in athletics (and how she was literally named after a football player), while Dalany talks about her lifelong need to stay active but loves a sport where you just drive. From the sports they played (yes, dance is a sport) to the ones they love to watch , the girls talk all things competition, fandom, and the absurd gendering of who’s “allowed” to care about the game. They cover it all:🏈 Bad coaches and worse experiences⚽️ The electric energy of live games🎾 Fantasy leagues we definitely don’t understand⚾️ Game-day fits and why baseball jerseys are an instant thirst trapAnd, of course, they ask the big questions:Do we like sports… or just the hot people who play them? Why is Payton so obsessed with Banana Ball? And why is Lando Norris living rent-free in Dalany’s head? The chaos is competitive, the tangents are athletic, and the elephant in the room has season tickets. Pack your snacks, grab your jersey, and come cheer with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘🏟

  15. 15

Fall Gloom and Pumpkin Spice Chaos

It’s officially fall in the Elephant Room, and the vibes are immaculate. Dalany and Payton are fully embracing their Glinda and Elphaba eras. One pumpkin spice and cozy blankets, the other apples, eyeliner, and gothic melancholy. Together, they dive headfirst into their favorite season and everything that comes with it: costumes, movies, candy, and Halloween traditions. But it wouldn’t be an Elephant Room episode without a little drama the girls spill the stories of how they both got cheated on right before Halloween (bad idea, honestly) and how they turned heartbreak into high-level costume revenge. They ask the real questions:🎃 Where do we wear all the costumes of our dreams?🍎 Why is Halloween the only day we get to be whoever we want? The episode wraps with a chaotic round of Would You Rather: Halloween Edition: and it’s just as unhinged as you’d hope. The chaos is candy-fueled, the tangents are tangled in cobwebs, and the elephant in the room is wearing fake blood and glitter. Pack your broomsticks, light a candle, and get spooky with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘✨

  16. 14

    Chaos Chronicles #6: Relapse Era

Back at it with another round of unfiltered chaos. Payton’s officially living her Seattle era and juggling grad school life, while Dalany… might be in her workaholic relapse arc (but can Payton really say anything when she’s kind of in one too?).Between V8 addictions, Amazon meltdowns, and a Harvest Moon that decided to test everyone’s patience, the girls are hanging on by a thread... and maybe a caffeine drip. Dalany recounts one of the most frustrating days of her life before the universe hits reset, and somehow that spirals into the question every girl faces: do we chop the hair or let the length reign supreme?Welcome back to the Elephant Room, chaos is not just a phase, it’s a lifestyle. The chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are endless, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything. Get your money orders, feed into the caffeine addiction, and come stress with us in the Elephant Room. 🐘✨

  17. 13

Why Posting Feels So Weird Now

Social media… what is it even for anymore? In this episode, Payton and Dalany spiral (in the best way) about the pressure to post, perfection paralysis, and the confusing art of trying to build a brand without feeling like an NPC.Dalany might’ve won the “solo side quest” because Payton hates posting... but can you blame her? Between trying to be authentic (but not weird), niche (but not trapped), and anonymous (but still personal), the girls are just trying to figure out what it means to show up online without losing their minds. They ask the big questions:How do you create a brand without hating the word “brand”?How do you “blow up” when you don’t even know what to post? And most importantly… how do we make social media fun again? At the end of the day, this one’s for us, and hopefully for you too. Because your social media should be a space you actually enjoy.Listen in, laugh a little, and maybe stop overthinking that caption.

  18. 12

    The September Lock-in

It’s September, which means it’s time to lock in. But is this just a TikTok trend, or something wired into human behavior? Dalany and Payton are setting their own goals and even crafting a self-made “curriculum” to bring some structure (and chaos) into their lives.Of course, locking in isn’t simple. We get into the complexities of discipline vs. capacity, the burnout that sneaks in, the scheduling issues, and what happens when life just gets in the way. We ask the big questions: How do you keep the love of learning alive without the drain of class requirements? How do you have it all without losing yourself? And how many balls can we actually juggle before one hits us in the face? Also featuring: a brand new alter ego you didn’t know you needed.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s that “locking in” looks different for everyone and maybe that’s the point.Sharpen your pencils, grab your planner, and come lock in with us in the Elephant Room.

  19. 11

    We're Here, Now What?

Payton has officially made the move, and the girls are diving into the unglamorous, chaotic, and low-key magical reality of living on your own for the first time (and no, college doesn’t count). From forgetting the essentials (who remembers can openers?), to worst-ever moving experiences, to the existential “first night alone” crisis-slumber party. We’re covering it all.We also talk about the art of making friends from scratch, the outrageous cost of simply existing (hi, Facebook Marketplace and Goodwill addiction), and the absolute nightmare of finding new doctors, vets, and (most importantly) hairdressers. Budget queens, rise up.Moving out is stressful, expensive, and sometimes a mess, but honestly? It’s also the best feeling in the world. ❤️✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact adulthood doesn’t come with instructions (or affordable furniture).Grab a cardboard box, pour yourself a celebratory drink, and come settle in with us in the Elephant Room.(P.S. sorry for Payton’s audio quality. Just part of the moving struggle life.)

  20. 10

Midlife Crisis: Early Access Addition (Chaos Chronicles #5)

After two weeks off (because… life), the girls are back in the Elephant Room and the chaos is multiplied. We kick things off with alter egos, fist fights, and missed flights, and somehow end up talking about spiritual readings, crying on your birthday, and questioning mortality. Don’t ask us how we got here.Payton has officially moved to Washington and turned 24, which means we’re officially spiraling into the quarter-life crisis era. Between weird life events, emotional epiphanies, and way too many tangents, this episode is pure chaos start to finish.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact 24 is just “midlife crisis: early access edition.”The chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are endless, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything. Pack your bags, question your existence, and come spiral with us in the Elephant Room.

  21. 9

    Un-Hinge-d

The girls are reunited IRL (only the second time ever!) and naturally, the chaos level is off the charts. Fresh off a movie night screening of He’s Just Not That Into You, Dalany and Payton dive into the world of dating apps (specifically Hinge) and apply Alex’s “if he wanted to, he would” wisdom to their own love lives. But we plan to be the someone's exception and not the rule. From swiping through likes to calling out their biggest red and green flags, this episode is equal parts unhinged laughter, brutal honesty, and way too much oversharing.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact dating apps are basically a horror-comedy and we keep logging back in anyway.Swipe, sip, and spiral with us in the Elephant Room.

  22. 8

Free Boxes and Floor Time (Chaos Chronicles #4)

This week in the Elephant Room, we’re embracing chaos as a lifestyle. Dalany’s celebrating her first-ever brand new car, Payton’s finally scoring some job interviews, and both of us are having way too many feelings about… dermatologists?Somewhere between the scary skincare stories and a heated debate over the best place to buy moving boxes (spoiler: Payton could have gotten them for free the whole time), we manage to unpack the exhausting reality of Payton’s upcoming move to Washington. So instead of sitting at our desks, we spend this episode doing some much-needed “floor time enrichment” because sometimes, the only cure for life’s chaos is lying flat and talking it out.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact that adulthood is just running errands and arguing over cardboard. The chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are endless, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything.Lay down, grab a snack, and come embrace the mess with us in the Elephant Room.

  23. 7

    Witch, Please

Grab your crystals and your cauldron, it’s getting witchy in the Elephant Room. This week, we dive into our intuitive girl era: Dalany’s in love with citrine (and not afraid to say it), Payton’s pulling cards, and we both fully believe our birth charts explain everything. We talk angel numbers, bizarrely accurate dreams, winter solstice rituals, and the wildest readings we’ve ever gotten the good, the spooky, and the downright unhinged. We also call out the ✨witchy red flags✨ (yes, TikTok tarot girlies, we’re talking to you). And to close things out, Payton gives us a reading on the future of the podcast, let’s just say, we’re manifesting magic.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact we’re too powerful to ignore the signs.Stir your witches’ brew, charge your crystals, and come conjure some chaos in the Elephant Room.

  24. 6

    WTF EVER (Chaos Chronicles #3)

Honestly? We don’t even know. This week’s episode is brought to you by Dr. Pepper, existential dread, and a whole lot of unhinged energy. Dalany’s fresh off a wedding weekend that ended with her car literally blowing up, and Payton just returned to Iowa with a newfound love for Washington (and a very real hatred for Midwestern coffee). Somehow amidst the chaos, we catch each other up on our latest obsessions, unravel a few love-life epiphanies, and question all of our life choices, but, like, in a fun way.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s everything. Absolutely everything. The chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are endless, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything.Crack open a Dr. Pepper, scream into the void, and come spiral with us in the Elephant Room.

  25. 5

    Solo Summers and Side Quests

This week, we’re romanticizing the hell out of our summer. Dalany and Payton are making it a mission to ditch the FOMO, embrace independence, and fill the season with solo adventures. We create a ridiculous point system (because obviously everything’s more fun when it’s a game) and come up with a list of fun, feel-good activities to do on our own. From spontaneous solo coffee runs to main character movie nights, we’re reclaiming our alone time and finding out why doing things by yourself is actually kind of iconic.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fear of doing things alone… and we’re kicking it to the curb.Grab your sunnies, pick your side quest, and come plot your hot girl summer in the Elephant Room.

  26. 4

Rom-Coms Are How We Survive This Dating Pool

Let’s be real... if it weren’t for rom-coms, we’d have no hope left for love. In this episode, we dive headfirst into our favorite genre of all time: romantic comedies. We rank our top five go-to comfort movies, crown our ultimate rom-com kings, and debate the tropes we’d die for (and the ones we could happily set on fire). To top it all off, we write completely unhinged rom-com plots for each other, questionable meet-cutes, dramatic misunderstandings, and all.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact we’re hopeless romantics in a dating pool that feels like a crime scene.Cue the grand romantic gesture and come fall in love with us in the Elephant Room.

  27. 3

    It Wasn't That Deep

This week, we take a nostalgic trip down memory lane — literally. Recorded from the parking lot of our favorite high school hangout (slushies in hand, obviously), we swap stories about boys, friends, awkward moments, and all the drama we swore would ruin our lives… but honestly? It wasn’t that deep. We’re also joined by our first-ever guest, our high school partner-in-chaos, Tiya! Together, we unpack what we learned, what we wish we’d done differently, and why teenage us would either be proud or horrified.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact high school felt like the end of the world — but wasn’t.Grab a slushie, roll your windows down, and come hang in the Elephant Room.

  28. 2

Where Have We Been? (aka, The Great Catch-Up Episode)(Chaos Chronicles #2)

We’re back, baby — and it’s time to catch you up on everything. In this episode, we spill the tea on where we’ve been these past few months: work chaos, love life updates, hobby deep dives, and the random stories we probably shouldn’t tell but definitely will.To make it extra fun (and maybe a little messy), we turned our catch-up into a drinking game. So pop the champagne, grab your favorite drink, and get ready for an episode that’s part reunion, part chaos, and all good vibes.✨ What’s the elephant in the room this week? It’s the fact we ghosted you… but with love. The chaos is unfiltered, the tangents are endless, and the elephant in the room is… well, everything.

  29. 1

    Workaholic Anonymous

Hi, our names are Dalany and Payton… and we’re workaholics. In this episode, we get real about our borderline toxic relationships with our jobs, what we secretly love about the hustle, and the parts that seriously drain us. We unpack the guilt around slowing down, the impossible quest for “balance,” and why giving yourself permission to do absolutely nothing is a radical act.We also take a Workaholics Anonymous quiz (spoiler: it told us what we already knew) and end with a chaotic BuzzFeed quiz to figure out how we should be relaxing.
