See You on the Dance Floor

See You on the Dance Floor is about coming alive in your body, in your truth and in this one precious life. Dancing is where I feel most myself. Here, the dance floor is both literal and symbolic: a space of presence, movement & remembering who we are beneath auto-pilot and expectation. Through personal reflections and conversations, we explore personal development, synchronicity, nature, creativity and the quiet magic woven through everyday life. This is a space for honoring passion at any age and remembering that you ARE the miracle. The music is already playing.❤️See you on the dance floor.

    Anger Is Information

What if anger isn't bad or wrong? What if it's information? In this episode of "See You on the Dance Floor," we explore anger through the lens of the nervous system, the body and the lived human experience. Together we'll dive into healthy expression, what happens when anger gets trapped inside of us (personal story included😳) and why learning to listen to our anger with curiosity and compassion can change the way we relate to ourselves and others. See you inside!

Is Your Body Trying to Tell You Something?

Whether you're navigating a creative block, relationship challenges, a boundary you can't seem to hold or a version of yourself you're ready to leave behind--your body has been trying to show you the way.In this episode, I explore resistance through my own lived experience (spoiler: my husband wondered if I was having a panic attack)--what it felt like in my body and what it revealed when I stopped pushing past it. I also look at how resistance shows up in other areas of life: becoming a new version of ourselves, setting boundaries and choosing growth over familiarity. What if resistance isn't something to fight, but something to listen to?

    We Weren't Born Judging Ourselves

In this episode, I explore the truth that we weren't born with an inner critic. I share how certain life events, generational family patterns, and societal messages gradually shaped my inner narrative--shifting it from natural acceptance to self-judgement. This conversation invites you to gently reflect on where your own inner voice was formed, and to consider the possibility of returning to a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

The Voice You Were Meant to Follow

There's a voice inside each of us that existed long before we learned to doubt ourselves. A quieter voice...one that doesn't shout or demand attention, but gently nudges us towards what feels true. Today we're talking about that voice-our intuition-and how it can guide our creativity in powerful ways.

    Stories of Magic and Synchronicity

In this episode, I share three personal stories of synchronicity that reminded me the Universe is always in conversation with us. What we call coincidence might actually be guidance...support...a loving nudge in the right direction. When we slow down and get quiet enough to listen, life begins to reveal its magic. This is an invitation to notice the signs, trust the timing, and to remember you're never alone.

Break the Spell: Transforming Patterns of the Past

Your word for 2026 isn't just a cute intention-it's a doorway. In this episode I dive into how childhood experiences (even events that don't seem like a big deal) quietly shape the beliefs, habits, and patterns that run our lives...and how we can unknowingly stay under the spell of those early stories. If you've ever wondered why change feels hard-even when you want it-this conversation will land.I share how choosing one powerful word has helped me interrupt old patterns, stay anchored in who I'm becoming and create real momentum in my life. If you're ready to stop repeating the past and start living on purpose, this episode will show you how to use your word as a compass for lasting change.
