This led me into the wonderful world of attachment theory where I learned I am an anxious attacher. This began me on my healing journey from anxious to secure. Through therapy and self help books I have discovered my core wounds and triggers so that I can learn to self regulate, self-soothe and learn that I am enough on my own. In the past I was never single for long and always jumped from relationship to relationship.       I have been single for over a year now, taking time for myself, finding out who I am, making friends and finding new interests and hobbies. I am ready to get back out there and start dating. I encourage everyone to look into attachment theory and find out what attachment style you are, it will help you so much in your relationships.
