Andrew Gallagher is a cybersecurity specialist, so nothing gets past him, or his throat, since Andrew suffers from EoE. EoE (eosinophilic esophagitis) is an immune-mediated allergic disease where eosinophils (white blood cells) build up in the esophagus and cause issues with swallowing and inflammation. In this episode, we compare Andrew's EoE symptoms with my GERD and esophagitis, sharing our similarities and laughing our way through the pain.
