At just fifteen, he crafted a series of witty and insightful letters under the pseudonym Silence Dogood, capturing the attention of readers in The New-England Courant. From April to December of 1722, Franklins clever observations and critiques of society flowed from his pen, with a total of fourteen letters appearing every fortnight.
