“Sobriety” You Now

This podcast is a place where I am able to share my past and present experiences as well as to invite others in joining me as I journey towards my vision by meeting future goals I have proposed myself as a survivor of substance abuse. It is my honor to welcome others as I myself share about my recovery and its process, I will share on how I healed and how I will continue to strive towards sobriety on a daily basis. I’ve been in recovery since 2016 and became an addict in 1993. I want to start a space where anyone is welcomed to join in sharing and listening as I am determined to build a home and a community for women and individuals who want to share, communicate, and interact in efforts to motivate each other and to lift each other up through the process of recovery.
