Soul Deep

Life's a struggle. I get it. What I don't get is why we have to hide it all the time. I mean, I get that too (I do it myself), but maybe we don't have to hide so much, so often. I believe that we yearn to be seen, even though we are often scared to let others in or know the real us. But the more we share our lives authentically with others, the more we give ourselves and others permission to be ourselves. And who we are is often messy and beautiful all wrapped up into one. So let's have a real conversation, and let's allow ourselves space to simply be human.
