Every time you give up and or lose a part of yourself all to make someone else stay that is a form of self abandonment. We are teaching ourselves that not only are we not enough and our standards do not matter. That we are disposable. If you don’t love yourself, who will? If you don’t stand up for yourself...who will? Let’s talk about it?

Hey babes, in todays conversation we talk about how in life we have to be our own "knight in shining armor". Self love is one of the most truest forms of love there is. Without it how can we expect others to not only know how to love us, but also love us unconditionally. We talk about reconnecting with self and learning the beauty of isolation. Although self love sometimes is not an easy journey, it's okay because nothing truly worth having comes easy. Give yourself grace during this time and know everything happens for a reason.

I have been looking forward to starting this podcast for around 3 years now (ogs know i posted 2 episodes back in 2021) and it has finally came to fruition!! this podcast is designed to not only be a safe place for me but for you all as well.
