In this Episode we briefly discuss how passion and anger differ in regards to some of our conversations we will have on this podcast. We recognize that a lot of the topics we discuss can be heavy and often opinionated. We want to foster such discussions but also want you to know that what we have to say comes from the passion in our hearts and not because we have anger towards anyone who may disagree or do things differently. 

In this episode, we chat about all things Christmas, (including Santa if you have littles that may be listening.) We share what traditions we each do with our families, how we grew up celebrating, and things we find important to focus on this time of year. We also really hone in on how to set boundaries and do what is best for YOUR own nuclear family during the holidays. If you are newly postpartum, have small children or even if you are past that point in your parenting journey, this episode is for you. We give you full permission to do what is best for you during this season, and we want to encourage other family members to understand where new parents are coming from. We are excited to share our hearts with you all. We hope your Holidays are blessed and you feel especially loved by your community of people surrounding you.
