In this episode Adele speaks with Wadawurrung woman, Stephanie Skinner, a linguist and who has helped bring back the Wadawurrung language to her mob.Listen how language is so much more than just words and how it establishes a whole culture and mobs' way of life that has since been lost through colonisation.

Adele yarns with Ricky from Wan Yaari on both their personal journeys and the gaps that promote unemployment and stereotypes for mob getting jobs. This episode high lights the challenges for aboriginal people trying to gain employment that may or may not be clearly apparent, but are important to consider when aspiring to reconciliation & supporting self determination.
