Made with Love - Let's make Spinach Dip with Intention

Through bringing joy and love back into your cooking and nourishment experience. This episode of Stef with an F is an intentionally gentle, unstructured moment centered around nourishment, presence, and slowing down. There’s no formal instruction hereJust a reminder that healing can be simple, intuitive, and deeply personal. Also fun and a little messy at times.This episode is offered without expectation. Let it meet you where you are.This is a “cook by feel” recipe—measurements are intentionally flexible.🥬 Spinach Dip Ingredients (Intuitive / Approximate)Frozen spinach – 1 standard package, thawed and mostly drainedHerb & Garlic cream cheese – 1 full brick, softenedPlain cream cheese – 1 full brick, softenedGreek yogurt – ~½ to ¾ cup - Give or take (Mayonnaise can be substituted if Greek yogurt isn’t available)Old Cheddar cheese (lactose-free, PC brand) – ~½ to 1 cup, grated - Or half the brick if you don't feel like measuring - I personally like mine extra chessyFeta cheese – ~¼ to ½ cup, crumbled - Or cubes as seen in this videoSalt – to tasteBlack pepper – to tasteGreen Goddess seasoning (Trader Joe’s) – to tasteTaste as you go—this recipe is about trusting your intuition rather than following strict measurements.Thank you for being here and allowing yourself a moment of presence.If this episode resonates, feel free to subscribe, share, or return to it whenever your body needs something grounding and delicious.
