Still for a while is a podcast dedicated to exploring life’s messes through the lens of spirituality, psychology and honesty.     I Trust Myself Affirmations | Self-Trust | Growth | I am enough | I am successful | I trust me

    You are enough, and you are worthy of trust — especially from yourself. This is a guided meditation and affirmation episode, if it is safe to do so, close your eyes and repeat the affirmations in your head or aloud. You are worthy of having a successful business, you are worthy of success, you are able to trust yourself with success, you are able to trust yourself in relationship with other people. Examples: "I trust that I work to expand my nervous system to be able to handle the success and enjoy the success, as I continue to work on my fitness I trust that I nourish my body in a way that feels good, I release any doubts and replace them with trust, I release any doubt that I am a bad person and trust that I strive to be good in all of my actions, the only person I compare myself to is me and I do it with love and respect, I trust that I create my own life and that I decide what thought patterns to continue thinking, I listen to my intuition before reacting, I observe my thoughts before reacting and I trust myself to respond rather than to react."

    Setting Your Day Up For Success

    Today we’re going to talk about how important mornings are, or like, setting up your day. So it doesn’t matter if you wake up a certain way with a certain type of energy, you can still create the type of day that you want to create. But first and foremost, you have to accept where you are at in that moment in time. If you wake up a bit groggy, maybe your energy is low and you still force yourself to have a certain type of energy. You’re gonna feel the tension between you, your body and your mind. In this episode I chat about how I support myself during this process whilst continuing to get my to-do list completed.
