    Loving Yourself

I am so pleased to say that the first Straight From The Heart podcast is available to listen to now!I had been keen to get something new off the ground and have been speaking to a few potential guests in recent months. Who went first was just going to be a matter of availability and good fortune, but I am delighted today to be able to upload the debut episode of the Straight From The Heart podcast, with TGO Gym's Georgie Delaney!I am not going to preview the show too much in this post, but I'd really urge you to find thirty minutes this weekend to give this a listen - it is just the first of a large number of episodes I intend to record with inspirational and motivational women and men.Thank you so much to you, Georgie, for the time, energy, positivity and inspiration you shared with me in the recording of this debut episode. I am sure we will speak again very soon!If you are an Instagram user you can follow @georgie_tgo to keep up with whatever she is getting up to next! You can also get in touch with me if you would like any support or advice to see a TGO Gym installed in your local area. Please like and comment on this post and help me show gratitude to Georgie for her time and to wish her luck for the future!
