    Talal Bayaa and Tarek Bayaa, the CEO and CCO of Bayzat. Bayzat is a technology company that empowers businesses with smart and effective insurance & HR solutions. As CEO, Talal is responsible for providing the vision, overall leadership and strategic management for the company as well as ensuring the highest quality of the services provided. Prior to setting up his own company, Talal worked for a private equity & corporate finance firm, followed by two years at an investment bank. Talal started Bayzat with his school friend and now co-founder Brian Habibi. As CCO, Tarek Bayaa (Talal’s brother), is responsible for establishing a world-class sales team and in delivering exceptional customer service. He has been involved in the company on an advisory basis since 2013 and joined the company full-time as the Chief Commercial Officer in April 2015.     Mona Tavassoli is a mother of two, a successful entrepreneur and has lived a life full of adventure. Mona prides herself in setting more and more challenging goals in every chapter of her life and in being able to achieve them. Throughout her life, Mona has learned the secrets of how to set ambitious goals and how to make them a reality. This adventurous lady challenges herself on a regular basis, skydiving, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, under the banner of “World Peace Through Women’s Empowerment”, and even fire walking. Mona is the CEO and Founder of Mompreneurs Middle East, a B2B platform that caters to female entrepreneurs in the Middle East and enables them to promote and grow their business. The organization believes in women’s empowerment in the region through entrepreneurial education and mompreneurship. Mompreneurs Middle East strives to educate women to raise thriving families and build successful businesses through self-mastery and self-discipline.
