The word Sunoh in Hindi means to listen, and more importantly, to be understood. This podcast aims to create a circle of understanding for South Asian women primarily and anyone else who may be interested in these topics. From changing family structures , to work-life balance, motherhood, singlehood, and more. In talking with experts, authors, and especially women with their own experience, the host Harveen Kour brings South Asian women's stories to the surface. We’re hoping to shake off stigma one conversation at a time. This season we’re looking at separation and divorce.

The word Sunoh in Hindi means to listen, and more importantly, to be understood. This podcast aims to create a circle of understanding for South Asian women primarily and anyone else who may be interested in these topics. From changing family structures , to work-life balance, motherhood, singlehood, and more. In talking with experts, authors, and especially women with their own experience, the host Harveen Kour brings South Asian women's stories to the surface. We’re hoping to shake off stigma one conversation at a time. This season we’re looking at separation and divorce.
