Manchester United snuck through to the next round of the FA Cup with a 2-1 win over Leicester City at Old Trafford. After not registering a single shot on target in the first half...the Red's finally came to life in the second half largely due to the introduction of Garnacho & Zirkzee. Overall, Amorim's men left much to be desired with their performance, and much to be desired with the formation and player selection as well. But, at the very least, Manchester United's defense of the FA Cup continues on.

In the Europa League, Mainoo was the star of the show in the 10 position, but we saw a very different performance from Manchester United in the game against Crystal Palace as Amorim's Reds lost at home and moved down to 13th in the Premier League. We discuss Manchester United's past week which had games against Southampton and Brighton. The Red's continue to under perform overall with Amorim in charge. However, Amad's hat-trick in the last 10 minutes of the Southampton game rescued the three points midweek. Unfortunately, today against Brighton, there were no such heroics in sight as United fell 3-1 at home in another poor Premier League performance.

United outplayed the league leaders for majority of the first half and maintained their confidence in the second half by creating plenty of chances to win the game. An unjust penalty helped Liverpool secure a point, but overall Manchester United put on a great performance & turned heads in the process. Manchester United's recent form has left much to be desired after back to back losses in the Premier League to Bournemouth and Wolves respectively. The Reds are leaking goals and still seem unable to clear their lines on set pieces. Marcus Rashford is still being sidelined by Head Coach Ruben Amorim, whilst United still struggle to score goals or create attacking opportunities. Manchester United put on a fantastic performance as they came from a goal behind to beat their noisy neighbors away from home in the Premier League. This win highlights the positive steps that Manchester United have taken since Ruben took charge. This dominant showing saw United controlling large parts of the game, whilst simultaneously stiffing all of the rivals key players. Amad was the catalyst that helped secure all two points for the reds, with Bruno & Maguire also playing key roles in United's win. Listen in to hear more

Our thoughts on Manchester United's 2-1 Win on the road vs Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League. The Reds showed great resilience in coming back from 1 nil down to win the game. The subs in the second half were the needed spark for United's attack, with Hojlund scoring both goals in a well deserved comeback win.

Our thoughts on Manchester United's first home defeat under Ruben Amorim. The Reds played well, but made costly mistakes that proved too difficult to overcome; despite scoring two very well worked goals. There are still growing pains with the new system, but there were also plenty of positives to take away as well.

In our opinion, Manchester United played well and showed great confidence in the continued adaptation of manager Ruben's new three back system. Ruben's new system saw Manchester United force the two time Premier League runner ups [Arsenal] to rely on training ground corner kick routines to sneak past the Reds.
