TALK TO AKE Is a syndicated African themed magazine podcast created and hosted by @thisisake_ . Ake is an African Radio / TV Presenter, actor and Model based in the UK who excels at creating a brave space for his guests and audience for heartfelt conversations.Through out my life journey, i have always been the chaser, even if sometimes its glaring that i am just chasing dark shadows, i can't just afford to stop chasing! you see, it has the upside and downside of it (but isn't that what life in general is?) I have been wounded, healed, wounded again, depressed, stressed, confused and all that bringing myself out of the picture by "talking" was one of the best decisions i made for myself. I have decided not to chase this time but to sit down and reflect, listen and enjoy every bit of the process with my exciting guests who will share their amazing stories with as they TALK TO AKE..The podcast version of #TALKTOAKE i
