TARE-el BiographyBorn Terrell Randall Varnes Jr, in Inglewood California on February 14, 1977, TARE-el grew up experiencing all types of family issues, struggles, and everyday problems. He used music as an escape from all the different issues and problems that he was facing as a child. TARE-el was the last of 3 children and he carried significant gifts enabling him to draw, write poetry, sing, write lyrics, and freestyle. TARE-el was separated from his sisters at the age 8 and then later separated from his mother at the age 10. He grew up listening to all genres of music and that's where he learned how to study the importance of melodies. During a rough adolescence, detailed in many of his songs, TARE-el dealt with abuse, neglect, abandonment, poverty, frustration, and personality disorder. Music was a way for him to paint vivid descriptions of things that were very complicated to explain. TARE-el first discovered that he knew how to rhyme at the age of 9, during a after-school fre
