Cybersecurity Update: Vibe Coding vs. Verified Code - Can AI Fix the Mess it Created... with Eran Kinsbruner

In the history of software development, we have never seen a gap widen as quickly as the one between the speed of creation and the speed of assurance. We have entered the era of 'Machine-Speed Development,' where AI isn’t just assisting coders—it’s becoming the coder. But as large language models churn out millions of lines of code, they are also inheriting and scaling human errors at an atmospheric level. The traditional 'scan and fix' model of cybersecurity is buckling under this weight.Today, we are exploring a fundamental shift in the defensive landscape: the move from static security tools to autonomous, agentic security systems. We’re diving into how AI is being harnessed to defend against the very risks it creates, the rise of 'Shadow AI' in the enterprise, and whether we are approaching a future where security is entirely self-healing—or if the 'human in the loop' is the only thing keeping the digital world from a total trust collapse. Today, we’ll start with level setting about the cybersecurity landscape, get into the agentic space, and finally a Philosophical & Future Outlook.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Architecting Life: Authoring the Future of Species with Dr. Adrian Woolfson

Many moons ago, in 2015 I began my talks/presentations and writings about exponential technology and how this could lead to a world of abundance. Examples I once referenced included devices with which you could communicate with dogs and whales, saving data to DNA, namely tree DNA; living to 125 and using lab grown organs like new hearts and livers. Today’s guest takes us there and beyond… Imagine a future where we grow houses rather than build them. Where smartphones are living, clothing has opinions, and all human knowledge fits into a speck of DNA. A world where disease is a thing of the past, and the human lifespan is dramatically extended. To achieve this, says Dr. Woolfson, we must transform biology into a predictive, programmable engineering material. That means decoding the generative grammar of DNA: the language of life itself. We will then be able to author genomes, and, if we choose, even rewrite our own. While offering extraordinary opportunities, this power also carries great risk, and it is vital for everyone to understand what the future might hold. In this groundbreaking work, he provides a guide to this bold new world, offering a moral compass to help us do so safely, wisely, and ethically.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! The End of the App Era: How Agentic AI is Rebuilding the Smartphone with Div Garg

For over a decade, our digital lives have been lived in silos, opening one app to check a flight, another to pay a friend, and a third to send a message. But we are entering a new era where the 'app' as we know it is becoming invisible.Today, I am joined by a true pioneer of this shift.Div is a Stanford AI researcher and the founder of AGI, Inc., a neolab that is teaching our devices not just to talk to us, but to act for us. After founding MultiOn, one of the first companies to build web-based agents, Div is now working at the hardware level with giants like Qualcomm and Lenovo to build on-device intelligence that understands your screen as well as you do.In this episode, we’re going deep into the Agentic Smartphone. We’ll discuss:Why the 'App Store' economy might be facing its biggest disruption yet.The critical balance between total AI agency and your personal privacy. And how new chipsets are turning your phone from a passive tool into a proactive coworker. If you’ve ever wondered what happens when AI graduates from a chatbot to a 'do-bot,' this is the conversation for you.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! The Agentic Evolution: Autonomous Finance is Here with Anant Kale

In my time as a technologist and futurist, I’ve seen plenty of disruptions. In the past that’s code for a slightly faster spreadsheet. But today, we are talking about a shift that feels less like a software update and more like a biological evolution of the enterprise. We’ve moved past the era where AI was just a digital highlighter, flagging a double-booked flight or a suspicious 'spa' charge on an expense report. We are entering the age of Agentic Finance—where the AI doesn't just tap you on the shoulder; it grabs the steering wheel. It reasons, it audits, and frankly, it probably has a better grasp of global tax compliance than any human currently sipping a latte.Joining me today to help navigate this transition from 'Assisted' to 'Autonomous' is someone who is effectively building the nervous system for the modern corporation. He is the Founder and CEO of AppZen, a leader in AI-driven finance transformation, and someone who understands that in the world of the future, 'close enough' is no longer an option for the ledger.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Agentic AI in Action: How Simplifai is Disrupting the Insurance Industry with Artem Gonchakov

I’ve been discussing Agentic AI for some time now. It started off more in theory then it got very practical with a recent podcast about Agent platforms. Today we have a real example of Agentic AI in practice in the insurance industry. Artem leads a company that is proving the value of autonomous agents in one of the mostcomplex, document-heavy, and highly regulated industries on earth: Insurance. Acorn Group, one of the UKs largest non-standard insurance providers, has implemented Simplifai, for its 400-person claims operation. We aren't just talking about chatbots here. We’re talking about AI agents that act as "conductors," orchestrating entire claims lifecycles, reducing manual triage by 90%, and saving thousands of operational hours every month. But as these agents gain more autonomy, how do we trust them? How do we ensure they follow the rules? Today, we’re going deep on the "Trust Layer" of insurance, the move toward KYA (Know Your Agent), and what it really looks like to put AI to work in the real world.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! KYA: Why Your AI Agent Needs a Digital ID to Spend Your Money with Chandler Fang

Since late 2024, I have been yammering on to whomever will listen, at parties, dog parks, grocery store lines, about one of the most important areas of our future, Agentic AI. We are rapidly entering a new era where the 'assistant' doesn’t just suggest the flight; it books it, pays for it, and could also manage the treasury of the company that owns the plane. We are clearly moving from chatbots to autonomous economic actors. Here’s the issue: our global financial systems were built for humans with Social Security numbers and wet-ink signatures, not for autonomous agents running on L1s (Layer 1s – blockchains). Right now, there’s a massive trust gap. While 42% of consumers are ready to let AI hunt for the best prices, most are not ready for it to autonomously execute on that fabulous deal. 90% of cybersecurity pros are losing sleep because these agents lack a verified digital identity. If an agent goes rogue or a transaction fails, who is accountable? That’s exactly the infrastructure gap Chandler is closing with his company t54. Today, we’re going to dive into how we move from, AI as a tool, to AI as a trusted financial participant; the role of the x402 protocol, KYA (Know Your Agent), and whether the future of agent payments belongs to the blockchain or the legacy giants like Visa and Mastercard.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! The Backbone of DeFi: How RedStone Scales Data Across 110+ Blockchains with Marcin Kazmierczak

Blockchains are incredible for security and transparency, but by design, they are isolated. They cannot inherently communicate with the outside world or with each other. Without a reliable bridge, smart contracts are essentially flying blind. Oracles – one of my favorite topics going back to 2017 – because of mybackground in data repositories in FinTech/LegalTech and real-estate.Oracles solve this isolation problem by acting as the ultimate, cryptographically secure source of truth. They feed real-world data on-chain and serve as the critical infrastructure that allows different blockchains to communicate, forming the backbone for everything from tokenization to complex DeFi protocols. To help us unpack this vital space, I am thrilled to welcome Marcin Kazmierczak, Co-Founder of RedStone, the fastest-growing blockchain oracle delivering 400+ price updates per second across 110+ blockchains.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Agentic AI: The Tokenized Future: Inside Nansen with Alex Svanevik

The world of finance is undergoing a metamorphosis so bizarre that not even Franz Kafka could have dreamt it up. We are watching the convergence of retail and institutional trading become entirely automated, driven by Agentic AI, and increasingly tokenized. Having just returned from speaking at Davos on this very intersection of blockchain and AI, I can tell you the old guard is finally waking up to the reality we've been pushing for. Since 2017, I've been evangelizing the tokenization of all assets. It’s taken a long time, but it’s really starting tohappen.Imagine fractional ownership of Big Ben in London – perish the thought, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, or a Picasso. Or, more realistically, your own house. The technical foundation is already here. I continue to believe every security, bond, and financialasset will live on-chain. To help us navigate this brave new world, we have Alex here to share his unfiltered thoughts on these massive shifts and give us a look under the hood at Nansen.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Steering the Algorithm: Leadership in the Age of Motion with Louisa Loran

In a world where algorithms can predict market shifts in milliseconds and supply chains are becoming autonomous, the role of human leadership is paradoxically becoming more critical, not less. Today, we aren't just discussing 'digital transformation' as a buzzword; we are looking at the anatomy of how legacy giants pivot into the future. We will explore what it actually looks like to steer a massive organization—whether it’s moving physical containers at Maersk or moving data at Google—through the fog of technological disruption. We will discuss why 'busyness' is often a mask for a lack of strategic direction, how to identify unconventional predictors of change before they hit the mainstream, and why the most advanced technology still requires a leader (for now) who can master the art of 'motion'—acting with intention before the path is fully clear.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Is Vibe Coding Dead? The 2026 Shift to Inference-Driven Development with Nicolas Genest

Could 2026 mark the end of "vibe coding" as we know it? Welcome back to Tech Snippets Today. In this episode, we sit down with Nicolas Genest, Founder and CEO of CodeBoxx, to explore the rapidly shifting landscape of AI software development.Over the past year, generating applications with natural language prompts has exploded in popularity. Tools like Lovable.ai, Replit, and Cursor have empowered developers and non-technical users alike to go from prompt to deployment in under 5 minutes. But there’s a catch: teams are discovering that prompt-generated code often lacks architectural coherence and creates hidden technical debt once products move beyond the demo phase.Nicolas breaks down why we are reaching a critical inflection point and how the industry is moving from prompt-driven experimentation to inference-driven development. We discuss the future of systems where AI doesn't just generate code, but actively reasons about context, tests assumptions, and continuously refactors logic as conditions change.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Cardano and the Evolution of Trust in Web3 Finance with Frederik Gregaard

Cardano is the 10th largest cryptocurrency by market cap, sitting around 22.5 Billion dollars. That’s quite a number given its ICO raised approximately $62 million from 2015-2017 at a price of $0.0024. Cardano is part of what I call the old guard of cryptocurrencies launched after Ethereum, by Charles Hoskinson, which launched the era of smart contracts. Much has changed from that period, speculation, ICOs, NFT crazy, DeFi Summer, the meme coin craze, and now RWA, or Real World Assets.Today, Corporate crypto treasuries have grown to $100 billion, but most are still managed with spreadsheets and scattered wallets that lack transparency and control. The questions today are what can we do about this next phase to keep things transparent and clear for all parties participating.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! The Speed of Trust: Jeff Feng and the Rise of Sei

TOKEN2049, Singapore: It was fascinating to catch-up with Jeff Feng is the cofounder of Sei Labs. He is one of the most ambitious forces redefining the future of blockchain infrastructure. Before venturing into Web3, Feng built his career in high finance, first as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and later as a venture investor at Coatue Management, one of New York’s most sophisticated hedge funds. That experience gave him deep insight into how trading systems and markets work at scale. Today, he brings that Wall Street precision to the blockchain world, blending traditional trading logic with the openness and speed of decentralized finance.Sei Labs, the team behind the Sei Network, isn’t just building another blockchain. They’re reengineering how decentralized trading happens. Sei is a Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built for high-speed trading applications — the kind of foundation decentralized exchanges (DEXs) have dreamed about but never had. It’s designed to process over 12,000 transactions per second, finalize in as little as 300 milliseconds, and do so with near-zero latency. At the heart of Sei’s innovation is what it calls Twin Turbo consensus, a mechanism that dramatically reduces block times by overlapping communication and computation steps, ensuring that data moves through the chain almost instantaneously. Combined with “market-based parallelization,” Sei simultaneously handles multiple trades and smart contract executions without congestion. This means no more waiting, no more network clogs, the kind of efficiency high-frequency traders feasted on in traditional markets, now reborn on-chain.But Sei is not just about sheer speed; it’s about specialization. By embedding an order-matching engine directly into the base layer, it allows decentralized exchanges to rival centralized exchanges in execution quality. It’s the first blockchain to truly treat trading as a first-class citizen, ensuring every swap, trade, or arbitrage opportunity has the same lightning-fast responsiveness you’d expect from Wall Street systems, only without the gatekeepers. This focus on performance and usability has already drawn over 800,000 daily active users and $600 million in total value locked (TVL). The upcoming “Sei Giga” upgrade will push that even further, boasting projected throughput of 200,000 transactions per second through its new Autobahn consensus layer. In a world where Ethereum still struggles with network fees and Solana wrestles with reliability, Sei positions itself as the sleek, turbocharged challenger built specifically for the next wave of financial dApps. So why tune into this episode? Because Jeff Feng is not just talking about software — he’s architecting the rails of a new financial internet. This is a story of speed meeting purpose, of a blockchain that doesn’t want to be everything to everyone — it just wants to be the best at what matters most: trading. If Ethereum is the city and Solana the highway, Sei is the bullet train, modern, efficient, unstoppable. This is where finance meets physics, and Jeff Feng is in the driver’s seat.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Securing DeFi: The Immunefi Behind the Code with Mitchell Amador

TOKEN2049, Singapore: Recently I sat down with Mitchell Amador, the visionary CEO and cofounder of Immunefi, who continues to shape the future of blockchain security through his unwavering drive to make the Web3 ecosystem more resilient and transparent. Under his leadership, Immunefi has become the gold standard for smart contract protection, transforming how protocols defend themselves against vulnerabilities and how white-hat hackers are rewarded for safeguarding billions in digital value.Immunefi’s story is rooted in a simple but powerful mission: to secure the onchain economy by realigning incentives between developers and ethical hackers. The company’s bug bounty platform has now prevented over $25 billion in potential hacks and thefts, an extraordinary achievement that redefined the standards for blockchain security. Recent highlights include overseeing major bounty programs for blue-chip protocols such as MakerDAO, Chainlink, Arbitrum, and Polygon, while pioneering some of the most lucrative payouts in cybersecurity history. This past year, Immunefi sharpened its innovation edge with the continued rollout of the Scaling Bug Bounty Standard, a unified framework helping projects manage vulnerabilities with greater efficiency and community trust. The company also advanced its collaboration through SEAL’s Safe Harbor initiative, empowering ethical hackers with clearer legal and operational protection when reporting critical flaws. With Immunefi’s deepening partnerships across Layer-1 chains, DeFi protocols, and DAOs, Mitchell Amador’s team is setting new benchmarks for cybersecurity in decentralized finance. The company not only catches vulnerabilities, it’s redefining what responsible innovation looks like in a world built on trustless technology. For Immunefi, the future isn’t just about defense; it’s about creating a safer, smarter, and more accountable blockchain ecosystem powered by collaboration and transparency.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! What's the Buzz at TOKEN2049 Singapore - Thoughts from Joseph Raczynski

Here is my take having participated and witnessed all that was Token2049 Singapore 2025. My take, it's a vivid confirmation that crypto is no longer a frontier of speculation but a foundational pillar of the next decade's financial infrastructure, known as DeFi. The spotlight on Real World Assets (RWAs) tokenization highlighted how traditional assets are being seamlessly bridged into digital markets, unlocking unprecedented liquidity and institutional engagement. Stablecoins took center stage as the bedrock for global payments and corporate treasuries, exemplifying maturity and regulatory alignment vital for widespread adoption. Meanwhile, a new wave of sophisticated NFT strategies emerged, shifting focus from mere collectibles to utility-driven, interoperable tokens that promise to redefine ownership and digital identity across industries. Token2049 was more than a conference, it was a glimpse into the future where tokenization, regulated stablecoins, and innovative NFT use cases converge to shape a vibrant, inclusive digital economy. Here is my free flowing take on the event in Singapore!Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Beyond Cash: Stablecoins and the Future of Finance with Will Beeson

With the GENIUS Act now passed into law, and everyone from Deutsche Bank, Apple, and Airbnb already paying attention, it's clear that stablecoins are fast becoming core infrastructure for next-gen financial markets. We will get into why stablecoins matter and what it may mean for banks, companies and you. Will Beeson, former head of tokenized asset infrastructure at Standard Chartered, believes the real battle in stablecoins isn’t about reserve composition - it’s about infrastructure: programmable platforms that can support institutional liquidity, 24/7 settlement, and seamless asset convertibility across borders. Will previously built fully regulated banks in both the UK and US - including Allica Bank, and led the development of Standard Chartered’s tokenized asset platform. For financial institutions, Will argues, stablecoins shouldn’t be treated as “cash”- they are startup liabilities. The real opportunity lies in building infrastructure that replaces friction-filled money movement with high-grade, compliant liquidity rails. About Uniform LabsUniform Labs unlocks the potential of tokenized finance by addressing its core infrastructure challenges—liquidity, settlement, and fragmentation—through a unified platform that connects onchain assets, issuers, and capital. Our first product, the Multiliquid protocol, delivers the infrastructure required for 24/7, instant settlement of tokenized financial assets, transforming capital efficiency, reducing friction, and enabling new financial workflows across chains, jurisdictions, and asset types.Multiliquid is the liquidity layer for onchain financial markets: an open, neutral protocol that supports real-time conversion between tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and stablecoins. Our vision is for blockchain-based settlement rails to become as seamless and invisible as today’s internet protocols, powering a new era of programmable liquidity, improved access, and composable financial utility.About MultiliquidMultiliquid is the institutional liquidity layer for tokenized financial markets, a decentralized protocol enabling seamless, programmable conversion between high-quality tokenized assets (such as Treasuries and MMFs) and stablecoins.Built for capital efficiency, Multiliquid turns static tokenized RWAs into dynamic, yield-generating instruments. Institutions, fintechs, and stablecoin issuers can put their stablecoin reserves to work, earning risk-free yield and accessing instant, 24/7 liquidity when needed. The protocol delivers real-time, compliant settlement infrastructure that supports critical financial operations like capital optimization, treasury automation, programmatic reserve rebalancing, and dynamic asset allocation. Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Anders Indset is a philosopher for the digital age—a renowned author, business thinker, and trusted advisor to leaders navigating the complexities of tomorrow. With his latest book, "The Singularity Paradox: Bridging the Gap Between Humanity and AI," Anders delivers a timely and thought-provoking exploration of one of the most pressing questions of our era: How do we reconcile rapid technological advancement with our deepest human values?Anders’ journey is as unconventional as it is inspiring. Originally from Norway and now based in Germany, he has become a sought-after voice on the global stage, known for blending European philosophical tradition with sharp insights into technology, leadership, and the future of society. His previous works, including "Quantenwirtschaft" and "Wild Knowledge," have challenged readers to rethink economics, innovation, and the meaning of progress. In "The Singularity Paradox," Anders takes on the accelerating convergence of artificial intelligence and human life. He argues that while the singularity—the point at which AI surpasses human intelligence—offers unprecedented opportunities, it also presents profound risks and ethical dilemmas. Anders doesn’t see this as a distant sci-fi scenario, but as a present-day challenge demanding urgent reflection and action. His central philosophy is that technology must serve humanity, not the other way around. Anders calls for a new "philosophy of practical wisdom," urging us to cultivate what he terms "enlightened pragmatism." This means embracing innovation while remaining grounded in empathy, ethics, and the timeless quest for meaning. He warns against the dangers of technological determinism and advocates for what he calls "Homo obsoletus"—a recognition that our own obsolescence is only a risk if we fail to adapt, learn, and lead with purpose.Anders’ writing is both poetic and pragmatic, weaving together insights from philosophy, science, and business. He challenges leaders to bridge the gap between digital transformation and human flourishing, to ask not just what we can do with AI, but what we should do. His vision is one where technology amplifies our humanity, rather than diminishes it.As we stand on the threshold of the AI era, "The Singularity Paradox" is a must-read for anyone seeking to navigate the complexities of this new world with wisdom, courage, and hope. Anders Indset reminds us that the future is not something that simply happens to us—it is something we have the power, and the responsibility, to shape.Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come! Tokenized Tomorrow: Unifying Ethereum, Real-World Assets, and the Future of DeFi

Let’s get a little technical today and do a deep dive into Ethereum and other blockchains.  This was an educational discussion with Amir Forouzani, Co-founder & CEO, of Puffer Labs. The world, perhaps the US, is finally waking up to the power and potential of DeFi or decentralized finance. We are beginning to see what I termed in 2017 as the “Tokenization of all Assets” is starting to take shape. Now renamed RWA or Real-World Assets, it is leveraging blockchain technology to tokenize any asset, be it tangible or intangible. One of the impediments in this space has been regulatory, another purely technology.  Today we will focus on the technological aspect of how Ethereum, the world’s first blockchain dedicated to smart contracts, and a platform for being the world’s computer, enables this. There are some concerns with Ethereum, which we hope to delineate here today with Amir, and some solutions, including Puffer’s product, UniFi.While Puffer is broadly recognized as a Liquid Restaking Protocol, the company has rapidly evolved into a leading innovator in Ethereum’s decentralized infrastructure. Since closing its $18 million Series A round in April 2024, Puffer has developed a clear mandate to unify the Ethereum ecosystem, addressing the longstanding fragmentation of the Ethereum network, which has been exacerbated by the ongoing proliferation of Layer 2 solutions. One of Puffer’s signature solutions, UniFi, is a based rollup to Ethereum set to transform the L2 landscape. UniFi is low-cost, capable of sub-second transactions, and allows asset withdrawal from L2 (UniFi) to L1 (Ethereum) within a minute, which is multitudes faster than any existing rollups. Send us Fan MailMany more amazing technology episodes to come!
