I’m often asked by people looking to transition into a Salesforce career, where do I start? What resources can I use to help me? How do I get a Salesforce job with no experience? With Magdalena, I cover all of this and more, as someone who has recently gone through this journey and is 4 months into her first Salesforce role. After an extensive career in the healthcare industry (specifically nursing), Magdalena decided she wanted a radical shift in direction and stumbled across Salesforce via her partner. She soon fell in love with Salesforce through Trailhead and became determined to gain badges and certifications, with the intention of then securing a dedicated Salesforce role. Circa 18 months since first discovering Trailhead, Magdalena has passed her probation period as a Salesforce Administrator at GoCardless and is keen to start designing and building her own Salesforce solutions to support her users.
