Anna-Carline, Claire Sabatini, and Swagata Sen, hailing from different corners of the globe, have united with a shared mission: breaking down systemic barriers that hinder women. "The 51% Minority” is the result of their shared passion, torment, dream, anguish, and hope for creating a more sustainable and equitable society for women. Through this project, they aspire to create compelling and thought-provoking dialogues by engaging with change-makers, academics, and activists. Its overarching aim is to challenge deeply ingrained societal norms, advocate for inclusive policies, and champion the cause of gender equality.The 51% Minority is not merely a podcast; it is a platform where the voices of women from various walks of life converge to discuss, dissect, and amplify the discourse surrounding the challenges and triumphs of dismantling barriers that women encounter globally.
