Many of these beliefs may have been part of your identity, your stability, or your sense of safety for most of your life — and they don’t just disappear overnight. Sometimes, we even find ourselves slipping back into old patterns. That’s not failure; that’s being human.This podcast is a reminder to be gentle with yourself during that transition. When something falls away, it can leave a void — emotionally, mentally, even physically — and that space needs to be filled consciously.
