The Agile Mom Podcast

Hello my name is Berline. I am a full-time mother and Agile Professional. I have over 5 years of experience implementing Agile in diverse technical organizations. In this podcast I will tell you about the situations I encounter at home as a mother to my amazing daughter and the way I handled these situations using agile methodologies. I noticed there are  similarities between coaching high performing agile teams and being a super mom. The techniques I use at home I also apply for my teams and I would love to share them with you.
