In this podcast I will share my mental health experiences, my love for learning how the brain works & my journey as a real estate agent and entrepreneur.     Episode 1: Welcome!

    Welcome! I'm excited you're here! The Anxious Agent came to be because I have been anxious to get my real estate business started even though I have grown up in the industry. I'm a 5th Generation Realtor, my entire immediate family is in real estate and I've been working in the industry for 8 years. I got my license 2 years ago and have been stuck in fear, doubt and worry. I am excited about The Anxious Agent because I am passionate about mental health and real estate. I'm learning to shift my definition of being anxious, from a word I want to avoid to one I want to embrace. I see the word having two definitions. To be anxious can be to have fear, doubt and worry or it can mean to be eager and excited. I'm choosing to share both sides on this podcast.
