    S2 Ep20: laura's trimester 3 update!

    In this episode of the birthwell podcast, Laura shares her trimester three update, detailing her experiences and uncertainty during the last chapter of her pregnancy. The conversation covers the transition from a relatively smooth end of the second trimester where her vasa previa had cleared, to a return of vasa previa at an early trimester three ultrasound.     S1 Ep 17: perineal stretching 101

    In this episode, Laura and Nadia discuss perineal stretching, its importance, and the controversy surrounding it.
