    Self Love: You Survived It!

The late Whitney Houston said, "I've found the greatest love of all inside of me." Often, we don't take the time to consider or consistently celebrate the accomplishments that we've made. If we are completely honest with ourselves, we have survived things that other people have died in or even died from. Life can sometimes be an interesting journey to navigate, nevertheless, there are triumphs and victories even when we magnify our unfortunate failures. As you grow, evolve and flourish, never forget to appreciate the accomplishments you've made. If you had the opportunity to tell your younger self what you know now, what would you say? How encouraging would you be? What would you highlight the most?

If you had the opportunity to share some of the most memorable moments you've faced and what those things taught you, what would you say? The power of reflection has a sobering effect to a person's perspective and ability to remember. May every experience you've ever had to face in life allow you to recall the hardships but glory in the triumphs of making out on the other side.

    Church Cliques

An old African proverb says, "It takes a village to raise a child", and in today's society the power of community reigns supreme as it pertains to human development. However, with the power of community comes the art of relating to one another in various ways. These relatable factors assist in building what we in the millennial world call "TRIBES". It's important to find your tribe and go where the love is, but what happens when your tribe really isn't your tribe. What's your real definition of friendship? Let's talk about it.
