This week I went a bit rouge, I had a vision and a plan but the week turned to custard early on, so instead I'm giving myself a much needed pep talk and bringing you along for the ride, we are unpacking why I can't seem to stick to the perfect romanticised morning routine that I so desperately want to live up to - and how the choices I make in my personal life really affect my overall sense of wellbeing which does contribute to the Zoey that shows up for work each day.
