6 months House keeping | Ep. 11
In this episode of my Daily Thoughts podcast, I reflect on my progress over the last six months. I share my experiences regarding university studies, content creation on Instagram, and my running journey. I am proud of my consistency in posting on Instagram and my focus on producing quality content while maintaining a high quantity. It has been rewarding to see the engagement from my audience on videos where I share my personal story and journey in barbering. During my university studies, I experienced stress and expectations that pushed me to edit easier videos due to time constraints. However, I learned the importance of adding value to potential clients and my community. As I continue to build my brand, it is essential to judge the effectiveness of my efforts in the long term. I believe in the power of adding value and providing quality content to my audience.

Detachment | Ep. 9
Hey there! I've been practicing detachment lately and I wanted to share my journey with you. It all started when I realized how much importance I was giving to my appearance, particularly my hair. While it's not necessarily a bad thing to want to look good, I found myself losing confidence over the slightest imperfections like not having a fresh haircut or having a stain on my shirt. That's when I decided to start practicing detachment. My ultimate goal is to be able to shave my head down to a zero and fully accept myself for who I am, bald head and all. It's something that used to be one of my biggest fears, but I'm facing this challenge head-on. Through this journey, I've learned that detachment is about letting go of our attachments to external factors like appearance and embracing our true selves. It's about accepting ourselves as we are and finding inner peace and confidence within ourselves. So join me on this journey of self-discovery as we learn how to detach ourselves from the things that no longer serve us and embrace our true selves.

The Consumer Culture Gratification | Ep. 8
We love to buy shit we don't need. We get a rush when we see ads that might make our lives easier. We love to say shit we're going to do. We love to plan things and not do it. I'd say prove it to yourself first before you buy it. Give yourself some time to think about it. That's all.

The past few years, I’ve been contemplating about whether i’m considered as an artist or not, but the more i think about it, the more i realize that it doesn’t really matter if you’re an artist or not. If you create, eventually you’re going to be a creative, and from there you might as well be an artist. Cheers! Have a good day!
