    Good morning. This is your gentle return, a soft place to land in the middle of everything.So often many of us find ourselves living in the past, the future and ignore the beauty in the gift of presence. we believe that we have to accomplish everything we set out to do or we aren’t good enough, worthy, or capable. It is those small, mindful moments of being present with our bodies, our breath and the nature around us where we can set everything down for just a moment and take a deep breath into gratitude. Just for today we allow ourselves to root, to rest, and to receive. Come as you are.Take what you need.Leave the rest.Just for today, that is enough 🤍Xoxo, Deborah 🪷

    Morning Meditative Musings. 2/25/26

    Moving with intention. There is a way of moving through the world that does not require force, a way of rising that is not rushed, a way of beginning that feels like devotion instead of demand. This morning practice is a soft returning.Before the responsibilities, before the tending, before the creating, the offerings and holding space for others. It is a remembering, that you get to choose your pace, that how you move can be deliberate, that your presence is powerful when it is grounded.This is a breath-led practice to anchor your nervous system, soften any urgency to do, and instead infuse your day with quiet clarity.💚For those who are building something sacred.💚For those who are healing.💚For the those who refuse to rush their becoming.A invitation to find stillness before your day begins.Place your hand on your heart.And let intention lead.Rest well, Be Well🌿☀️ Xoxo, Deborah

    Winter Meditation Series, Day 1. “ Winter Cave”

    Hello and welcome beloved community.Here we are together to nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits in this Season of Rest. A sacred pause as we enter the Winter Cave. Winter asks us to slow in ways the world rarely allows.Today’s meditation practice is an invitation to step out of urgency and into shelter—to create a felt sense of safety and containment in the body. In Ayurveda, Winter is Vata season, and grounding is essential for calming the nervous system. Trust in yourself in this practice and listen to what you need. Remember this is a practice and you hold the key to your own inner world. Find a comfortable shape for your body, and invite Mother Earth to hold you. There is nothing to accomplish here, except presence, coming to yourself. Be well, rest well. Xoxo, Deborah 🪷
