Send us Fan MailMonday. It's Back to the normal as Christmas is over. In the morning I start writing the next six episodes of my Podcast. Then it's lunch. My wife asks me at what time will I be back from the gym ? And I reply just after 5 and she is happy. I get home and as she is more reliant on me I cook her dinner. And then I cook mine and then to bed. Tuesday. It's back to work. It's cold wet and windu and there is no one around. So! it's a quiet day and I easily get the round clean and head off for home on time. We both have dinner and then my wife goes to bed and the a little while latter I go to bed. Wednesday. Nothing to write about as the day is still very quiet. I head for home on time I cook both dinners and then my wife goes to bed and then a little while later I go to bed. Thursday. Its just the same as yesterday and it begins to rain again. There is nothing to do during the day and then I head for home at the end. I do both dinners and then my wife goes to bed and then a little while later I go to bed. Friday.  Its the end of the working week and its even colder than it was at the begining of the week. Nothing happens during the day and I go and hand in the keys at lion yard and go home on time. Then I do both of our dinners and then I go and have my evening session at the gym. Then home and we both go to bed. Saturday. Its a ordinary saturday. My foot is swollen so I give my apologies to the litterpicking group but I am very happy as my wife's walking is getting better. We have our traditional fish and chips in the evening and the my wife watch's Judge Judy and I watch Youtube. And then we both go to bed. Sunday. Sunday politics is back on so both of us watch it. Then its off to Bar Hill for a Haircut and then the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I cook Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailMonday. My wife wanted to visit my mum so last week I made arrangements to make this visit happen. After my Carers leave we head off to Bar Hill where she lives. We have a good day but the day comes to an end and we head off to home. We had dinner and then to bed. Tuesday. Today was a quiet day except I go and try another gym. I return and then spend the rest of the day with the wife. We then have dinner and then to bed. Wednesday. It's new years eve. And me and the wife spend another quiet day. However my wife is getting anxious because I am coming up to my last day on annual leave. A big test for my wife. Thursday. It's new years day. The last day I am annual leave. We have a disagreement about the living room light. But we resolve our difference's. Friday. First day back to work after three weeks off. Everyone is still back on holiday so not many people around. I treat myself to a Cappuccino as its so quiet. At the end of the day I hand back the keys and head for home. My wife tells me that she to has had a good day. Saturday. It's a very quiet Saturday because it's just after Christmas. In the evening it's our usual fish and chips and then my wife watch's Judge Judy and I watch some Youtube and then it's to bed. Sunday. No morning television just the morning papers and then it's off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I cook the Sunday Roast. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. Today is the traditional Monday. even though it's getting near Christmas. The morning Starts with watching Youtube and then lunch. Then in the afternoon it's the last gym session before Christmas. Then after the hour it's back home. Then in the evening it's more Youtube and then to bed. Tuesday. It's a very quiet day as my wife has been in hospital for such a long time. Nothing really to write about.Wednesday. Christmas eve and it's another quiet day. We have my wife's care visits which will continue over the Christmas Period due to her Medical issues. Thursday. It's Christmas day! We watch mostly television and we watch the traditional broadcast of our head of state. And then in the evening we cook the traditional Roast turkey dinner. And then we snuggle down. She watch's Judge Judy and I watch a lot of Youtube. And then we both go to bed. Friday. Again another quiet day. The only thing that happens is that my wife's carers come round to help my wife. Saturday. I was going to the gym today but my wife pleads with me not to go. So I stay at home for another quiet day. We have our usual Fish and Chips in the evening and then my wife watch's Judge Judy and I watch some Youtube and then to bed. Sunday. Although it's Christmas it's the usual Sunday. Read the Sunday papers and then off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I cook the Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Tomorrow begins Christmas annual for three weeks. But today is another usual day. The morning begins on the laptop and then in the afternoon its off to the gym. After the hr its home then I go and see my wife for 90 minutes and then back home have dinner and then to bed. Tuesday. I update my Diary and then head out for lunch. I have arranged to meet Ryan for lunch ( @Cambridgedelivers). He appears and puts his bike up and then we go into Cafe Nero. Wednesday. In the morning I remain focused on my podcast and then at lunchtime I head for brookfields to see if my wife can get in and out of the car. She does it with ease and I head home for lunch. Thursday. At last! My wife is to be discharged as she is now mobile. Although its a long wait we set off for home. I am very excited to have my wife home with me once more. Friday. Its a quiet day because of the issues we have had for the past three months. We simply hold hand s all day. Saturday. Its the same as yesterday except during the day I have an argument with the wife as she has Judge Judy on all day!!!. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Read the papers and then off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I cook Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailSMonday. Its an ordinary Monday morning. I start writing my next entries to the diary. Then in the afternoon its off to the afternoon session at the gym and then home for a bit of a rest and then in the evening its parish council. Tuesday. Its back to work and again its raining. Then in the evening its off to see my wife at brookfields and I know she is nearing discharge as she is begining to walk again. Wednesday. Its another boring day at work. During the day I get a phone call from brookfields asking me which care provider my wife has. Then after work I go and see my wife and then home. Thursday. Its a repeat of yesterday but without the phone call. I go and see my wife in the evening and tell her that I won't be seeing her until saturday. I spend the 90 minutes with her and then go home. Friday. Its the end of the working week and its a quiet day. I then go home change and in the evening head for my evening session at the gym. Saturday. I said to my wife that instead of visiting her in the afternoon I will be seeing her in the evening. So after housework I head for brook fields in the evening. However as I sit in the car park the phone rings but no one is on the other end of the line. I go and see my wife but only for 20 seconds as I am asked to leave due to an outbreak of Norovirus. Sunday. Sunday is the usual. Just read the Sunday papers and then off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. Later I have my Sunday Roast ready meal some you tube and then to bed. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. I am much happier. My wife is only twenty minutes away drive away. I do the usual thing and I start on my next six episodes of my podcast. Then in the afternoon I go to the gym. Then I go home and then head for brookfields and I sit in the car park. Its 90 minutes with my wife and then I kiss her and then go home. Tuesday. I head for work and the weather is atrocious. Rain,rain and rain. Who really wants to walk about in this weather ? And then in the evening I spend 90 minutes with my wife. Wednesday. A much drier day but now its windy and cold. I bump into Jim the street sweep who I have not seen since summer. Thursday. Its raining and its cold again. I am late leaving off work due to the scummy state of my base at drummer street. I then visit my wife for 90 minutes and I tell her that I wont be visiting her tomorrow night. So I kiss and then leave her. Friday. Its the last day of the working week. I do the two cleaning rounds and then head for home. And then in the evening I do my gym session. Saturday. Its Christmas light switch on day. I have a slow morning and then I go and see my wife in the afternoon. I spend 2hrs with her and then return home just in time for the event. Sunday. Sunday is the usual. Sunday politics east on t.v and then to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. Then in the evening I have my Sunday Roast ready meal. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. I get a phone call from oncology to ask if I could make my way to my wifes bedside today. I make my way there by 11,30. We wait until 1pm when oncology appear. Then its a further ten minutes when they actually have a meeting with us. Its good new as my wife does not have to have chemo. And she may live cancer free for the next three years and possibly another 5. I go away happy. However I am very late for the gym that its not possible to have my afternoon session. I then get ready for work the next day. Tuesday. its the usual quietness perhaps its because its cold, wet and windy. Wednesday. Again work is the same. I go home and have a telephone conversation with my wife and then have my dinner and then to bed. Thursday. Except my base at drummer street all is quiet. I then leave work for the hospital to see my wife. When I get there I am told that my wife will be discharged into Rehab on the brookfields site. I am over the moon. Friday. The morning is the usual and then I have lunch. Then I get a phone call saying that my wife is now in rehab. However there are restricted visiting times but for me that is not a problem. Saturday. In the morning I feel like doing the housework and then in the afternoon I go and see my wife. She is near enough for me to go straight there without a lift. I spend 2 hrs there and then home. Sunday. Just an ordinary Sunday. Sunday politics East on T.v and then to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. I go home and then in the evening I have my Sunday Roast ready meal.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Again another plain monday morning although I can't contain my joy at the possibility of mt wife being discharged from hospital. I do the usual things including my afternoon gym visit. Then I get home for a short rest and then I head for the hospital to visit my wife. Tuesday. I go to work as usual. During the morning I get a phonecall from my wife that she is being discharged from hospital. I then the ward to confirm this and they do. So I said that I would pick her up at 5.30. Then as I walk to my base I get a phone call from the wife saying that she is on her way home. PANIC! I finish work and head for home. It isn't until 5pm that she arrives for home. But there are many issues. Wednesday. My wife gets stuck sitting on the commode and I can't get her off and we end up back at the A and E department of the hospital. What a waste of time. Thursday. Back to the normal routine work during the day and then off to the hospital in the evening to see my wife. Friday. Work and then in the evening its off to the gym. Saturday. Its the normal saturday routine. A quiet morning then off to the hospital in the afternoon to see my wife and then home. Sunday. Sunday again another same day. Watch Politics East on t.v in the morning and then off to Bar HIll for the weekly shop and then home. And in the evening A Sunday Ready Meal. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. A normal monday as I spend the morning on my laptop and then in the afternoon go to the gym. Then after a short rest at home its off to the hospital to see the wife. Tuesday. I have some good news at last! My mum is going to be discharged from hospital BUT! she will have carers with her. But she is happy that she is going home. Wednesday. Its a quiet day which is unusual because its very quiet and hardly anyone around. I don't visit my wife tonight as I have a zoom meeting. Thursday. Again the usual routine. I go to work and then in the evening I go and see my wife in hospital. But when I get to her ward I have a shock she isn't there. I see the nurse-in-charge and she gives me an update on her and tells me which ward she is on. So I go and see her. Friday. Its the last working day of the week and there are no surprises. I go home have my dinner and then in the evening I have my evening session at the gym. Saturday. Is again the usual routine. Get up slowely and then in the afternoon spend the time with my wife and then home. Sunday. Again the usual happens watch t.v as I getup and then head for Bar HIll for the weekly shop and then home. And in the evening have my roast ready meal. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. We have a whatsapp Conversation about the hospital food and how awful it is. We come up with a plan to meetup with my wife and mum and let my wife have some proper food. Then its lunchtime and in the afternoon its the gym. Tonight its full Parish Council. Tuesday. Its dull wet and windy and very little about. Its the usual works routine and then after work I head to addenbrookes to see my wife. Wednesday. Fireworks night and you would have thought there would be more people around. Nope! not a soul. Its a boring day and I ask myself where have the people gone ? Then I go and see my wife in the evening as usual. Thursday. Ah! its mild and its sunny but there is still very little around. All the buildings are clean and there is a lot of traders on the market square. However there are still no one around. At the end of the working day I head off to see my wife. Friday. Its a carbon copy of tuesday and wednesday, no one around and the buildings remain clean. I end the weeks work and head off home and then to the evening session at the gym. Saturday. I have been looking forward to this. I get to the hospital after lunch and go and get my wife. But! my wife refuses to go to the meetup and wants to stay on the ward. And so my mum comes and see's my wife. Then after 2 hrs with my wife I head for home. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Sunday Politics East on Tv. Then I head for Bar Hill and have a haircut and then do the weekly shop. Then home and then in the evening I have my Sunday roast ready meal.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Another Monday without my wife I am also feeling frustrated with the lack of Communication between myself and the ward she is on. They will tell her things but when she tells me its never clear when she tells me. In the morning I deal with my Podcast and then have lunch. Then in the afternoon its off to the gym and then after the hr its a rest and then to the hospital to visit my wife. Tuesday. Off to work! There is very litttle to do but just to check the buildings. I then finish work and then go and see my wife and then home. Wednesday. Again another boring day as the general public stay indoors. It rain, rain, rain. @CambridgeDelivers has to but then he has to create content. Then I get surprising phonecall from my wife asking me not to come. So I go straight home. Thursaday. Work is quiet and then after work I go and see my wife. Friday. Same story different day. But as I go home I get stuck in heavy congestion and am very late for my evening gym session. Saturday. Both my mum and my wife are complaining about the hospital food as they claim its inediable. After the 2hrs I head for home. Sunday. Its a normal Sunday! Sunday politics East on Tv. and then to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. And in the evening I have a Sunday Roast ready meal.

Send us Fan MailMonday. I am very anxious about my wife being disharged from hospital with her carers in place and getting upset about the hospital trying to discharge her without informing me. I don't do anything at all in the morning and the afternoon gym session I let off steam. I go charging upto the hospital only to find.. Tuesday. As there is no one around the buildings are clean and the day goes slowely. I then visit my wife in Hospital. Wednesday. Again nothing to say about work as its so quiet. I propose on my family whatsapp group that I would visit both my mum and my wife in hospital. my mum says that she would look forward to it. Thursday. Today is just a carbon copy of yestrday. I don't go to the hospital instead I go straight I am tired I sit down and fall asleep. I wake up at 11.30 and go straight to bed. Friday. Last day of the working week. No hospital as straight after work I have my dinner and then off to the gym. Saturday. THE BIG HOSPITAL VISIT! I have my breakfast and make sure that everything is off then I head for my uncles. He then takes me up to the hospital. First I visit my mum she is eating her lunch and I spend an hour with her. I then have my own lunch then I head off to see my wife. After that my uncle comes and gets me and then we have a cup of tea and then I head for home. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Sunday politics East on Tv. And then do the weekly shop and then home. And then have my Sunday roast ready meal.

Send us Fan MailMonday. The morning is a strange one as I have to wait for a engineer from our Energy Company to change and upgrade the smart meter. It is 11,30am when there is a knock at the door. A pleasant surprise its a women engineer! She takes 1 hr and 45 mins and then she leaves and I get on with my day. Tuesday. Its back to work and I clean the building and then head for market square to the new contract. And then after that I go to Jesus Green. Wednesday. Its the same as yesterday. However the visit to my wife I explain that Thursday and Friday I am busy. And after My visit I go home have my dinner and do the second lot of works food. Thursday. Its the same as tuesday because everyone is indoors and the nights are pulling in. However it is becoming very difficult in cleaning Drummer Street because of the homeless. Friday. Again its all quiet on the cleaning front. and then in the evening its a visit to the gym. Saturday. After lunch I go and see my wife but my mother is in hospital as well. She is waiting for adult social care to be put in place. I spend 2.5 hrs. After I leave for home she whizzez by being pushed by a porter as she is heading for another ward. Sunday. Sunday begins with the usual Sunday Politics East on T.v and then off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. After lunch I get a shock phonecall from my wife saying that she will be discharged from hospital in a few days time.I explained about the carers. She tells me that I need to talk to the ward.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Its back to normal.On the laptop in the morning and in the afternoon in the gym. and then I go and see my wife but I get a shock. The bed is empty and an old lady is sitting in the chair. This certainly isn't my wife. I ask a nurse were she is and the nurse replys the Royal Papworth Hospital. Tuesday. Back to work! and everything is quiet. No more tourists! My boss whatsapp me saying that the market square toilets which are for traders only is his contract. Then in the evening its off to see my wife. Wednesday. Its just the same as yesterday except that tonigh its straight home. Thursday. Nothing exciting happened at work today so all is quiet cleaning wise. Then its the usual trek up to my uncles and then on to addenbrookes to visit my wife. But I missed a whatsapp thread about my mum. Friday. Just the same working day nothing special after I get back from work instead of a visit to the hospital. I have an evening visit to the gym. Saturday. The usual Community litterpick and then I have lunch and then head for my uncles then onwards to addenbrookes. after I spend 2hrs with my wife I go home. Sunday. No visit to addenbrookes on Sundays. First Sunday Politics East on Television. Then to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. I have lunch and then do the housework. Then in the evening I have a Ready Meal Sunday Roast. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. I must have misheard the conversation as I have a whatsapp channel. My mum's hip op is scheduled for this coming Friday. My wife is still in recovery and I am allowed to visit her and so I do. She has some shocking news for me. She has had a heart attack! Tuesday. Back to work! The tourist season is now dead. So the buildings remain clean throughout the day. I catchup on the adventures of @CambridgeDelivers as I have been thinking more of my wife. Then in the evening I go to the hospital to see my wife as I had a phone call last night that she had been moved to a ward. Wednesday. The tourists have gone and the buildings are again clean. But all the time I am thinking about my wife. Then the end of the day comes and I head to my uncles as he lives near the hospital and has offered to give me a lift there. I spend 90 minutes with her and then get picked up and then head for home. Thursday. Its the same thing as yesterday. The buildings are clean and I end the day late and then in the evening I go and see my wife. Friday. Whatsapp is now bubbling away as my mum is now heading for her hip op. I give my mum my best wish's for a successful operation. The last day of the working week and the buildings remain clean. All the buildings remain clean and I leave off late and hand in the keys. On whatsapp my mum's operation is a success. I go and see my wife. Saturday. My mum's recovery is remarkable as the hospital says that she can be discharged this afternoon. In the afternoon I go and see my wife. All the tubes have been removed but she is still on the heart monitor. I spend 2,5 hrs with her and then head for home. Sunday. No visiting today so its all the usual things including doing the washing. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. Last Fridays gym session was the last until my wife has her operation which takes place on Friday. I hold her hand all day except at lunchtime when we went out to lunch. Tuesday. The morning is the same as yesterday. But at lunchtime I get a phonecall from my mum saying that her hip operation is on Friday as well. The rest of the day is spent holding my wife's hand again. Wednesday. The operation is just two days time. We just hold hands all day. We say goodbye to my wife's carers for the next 4 weeks. In the evening we just cuddle up in bed. Thursday. We received a letter at the beginning of the month informing us of the details of the inpatient arrangements. We ring the ward at the beginning of the morning and it takes all day to get a bed on a ward. But at the end of the day my wife is on a ward and ready for her operation. Friday. The day of the operation. I getup and have my breakfast and have a quiet morning. I set off for the hospital after lunch in which I think is in good time. However due to the parking issues I miss my wife going to theatre. I wait and then the surgeon phones me tells me how the operation went and then allows me to be in recovery with her.Saturday. Before I left last night I was given a phone number to ring. They give me another phone number when I intend to visit. I have lunch and then ring this number and I am refused to be allowed to be with my wife. Instead I visit my uncle. Sunday. It was the first Sunday without my wife since last year. I did all the usual things watch politics east on t.v and then did the weekly shop. Then home and then in the evening I have a Sunday Roast Ready Meal. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. Last friday evenings gym session was the last until after my wife's operation. All day I hold my wife's hand to remind her that I am there for her. At lunchtime we go out for lunch. We go to a garden centre and have lunch in their newly refurbished posh restaruant and then home. Tuesday. The morning is just the same as yesterday. But I receive a phone call from mum saying that she is offered a date for her hip operation. She asks if she cannot get hold of my younger brother would I be able to take her home. And I said yes. Wednesday. We just hole hands all day. We say goodbye for four weeks to my wife's care providers. I Cuddle up to my wife before bed. Thursday. We have been told today is the day that my wife becomes an inpatient. I ring the ward at 9.15 in the morning and then wait. After 6 hours we are still waiting I ring again. Apparently the has been some sort of miscommunication and we head for hospital at 5. Friday. The day of the operation. I make my way to the hospital in the afternoon and get there late due to parking issue's. My wife has gone to theater when I get there and I wait. The operation is over after 4 and I join my wife in recovery. I head for home at midnight. Saturday. In the morning I have a meeting and then I am refused permission to visit my wife so I visit my Uncle instead. Sunday. It is the first Sunday without my wife and I do the Usual things. Watch a bit of television then go and do the weekly shop. And then eat a ready meal Sunday Roast. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. Both of us are getting very apprehensive. Nerves are beginning to show but who can blame us. The morning is spent holding hands, no computer, or paperwork. Then lunch and then the normal gym session. Tuesday. Its back to work! but I am always thinking about my wife and not what's going on around me. I do my job as normal and then home. Wednesday. I have booked next week off on annual leave as mentally I do not want to do my job. All I keep thinking about is my wife. However I plod along as usual. Thursday. Getting stressed now. If I feel like this then what is my wife feeling like. Luckily all the buildings are clean and that's a surprise. I clean very quickly and then off to home. Friday. Just one week before the operation. I go to work with a cloud over my head. The buildings are clean and at the end of the day and week I hand in the keys and home. It is now the most stressful of times. Saturday. We did absolutly Nothing. We are both stressed and fearful of whats to come. My wife reminds me if the worst happens that she wants to be cremated and I stated that it won't probably come to that. We both hold hands for most of the day. Sunday. Although we are both stressed we did the normal things, the weekly shop and cook Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan Mail Monday. Today is my wife's Preassessment for her forthcoming operation. We visit many areas to have height and weight taken, an ECG and then go through a list of her current drugs, after that we wait to have her blood taken. Then we head for home. And in the afternoon I have the usual gym session. Tuesday. Back to work! The buildings I clean are now very quiet but on lammas land the park is still full of very young children. Even though there were people the building remains clean. Its this week that I have arranged to have lunch with Ryan. However in his latest video he is quite clearly very iLL. Then I go back to the same pattern of being late home from work. Wednesday. Its just the same as yesterday so I take the chance to talk to the person who cuts the bowling green on both Lammas land and on Christs piece. Again I go home late. Thursday. Its the same thing as yesterday but on Jesus green there are more Chinese Visitors. However the day's cleaning is very little. But I manage to go home late again. Friday. My wife receives a letter from the hospital saying that she require's another Iron infusion and this is set for next Tuesday afternoon. I ask the boss if I can have a half day off and he lets me. At lunchtime I wait for Ryan but I know that this would be unlikely as he was pretty ILL. So I have my lunch and carry on with my day. I have another shock as I finish on time and I hand in the keys and head for home. In the evening I have a gym session and then head for home. Saturday. I stay at home all day and hold my wife's hand so that she knows that I am there for her. Sunday. Its the return of Sunday politics East on T.V. Then its off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. And then I email Ryan and responds saying that he was about to email me. I then help Cook Sunday Roast. 

Send us Fan MailMonday. I am a little surprised because my PT booked in a gym session this afternoon. As its a bank holiday I was under the impression that he didn't want to work them. Tuesday. Its back to work and the number of tourists and families has dropped significantly. The buildings remain clean. Is the whole of Cambridge just gone on holiday ? Wednesday. Today is a slightly different day as the play area are full of children but the pool remains empty. All buildings remain clean all day. For the first time in a while I leave work on time. Thursday. Again as yesterday all buildings remain clean. I count my blessings. Friday. Today is a repeat of yesterday even the buildings remain clean. I hand in the keys at lion yard and go home on time. Then in the evening I have a gym session. Saturday. Today is quiet with nothing specific happening. In the evening we have our fish and chips and then my wife watch's Judge Judy and I watch Youtube. Sunday. We do the usual read the Sunday papers and then I go to Bar Hill and do the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I help with cooking Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Mondays are now getting back to normal as I start to relax and try and get back on track. All the usual things happen in the day. Tuesday. Back to work and its still warm during the day. Everything is still busy due to the school holidays and the tourist season. But the paddling pool at lammas land is now out of action. Wednesday. Today is getting even warmer. All the buildings remain fairly clean so its an easy time of things although still hard work. I take a breather at Jesus green and as I do another video drops from Cambridge delivers. After a busy day I get home and my wife does not want me to go to a meeting due to her Cancer so I ask if its possible to do zoom instead. Then I cook my second lot of works food. Thursday. Today is just a carbon copy of yesterday. Both me and Ryan have agreed to have lunch together so I private mail him my work schedule. Otherwise its just another routine day. Friday. Is a half day as we have to meet the surgeon who will remove my wife's tumour. He gives us two options. 1) Remove it but there are risks in that something else may happen while having the operation. Or 2) keep the tumour in place but this will be a death sentence. My wife opts for 1. I cancel the evenings gym session as I am no mood to go to the gym. Saturday. The whole day is spent relaxing and holding hands and then get the usual fish and chips. Then in the evening my wife watches Bloody Judge Judy and I watch YouTube. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Read the Sunday Paper and then go to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop. Then Home. Then help Cook Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Today I cancel my gym session and the PT agrees this is not the time for gym. I tell my boss and says that he will allow Compassionate time off to be with my wife and I inform the family the bad news. Tuesday. I go into work and my boss is surprised. I inform him that I will use the Compassionate time off for appointments and he agrees to allow me to do this. The tourists are now easing off and its getting quieter. And as usual I am late home. Wednesday. Its just the same today as yesterday. However I get a text informing my wife that a scan has been arranged for tomorrow. I inform my boss and he allows me to have the day off. Thursday. Its weird as this is the first day off in the working week for years. The scan is in Sawston and its the first time I have been there. At 1.35 we arrive and we go to a separate building where the scanner is. My wife is injected with a dye and shortly after has her scan. After that we go home. Friday. I return to work for just the one day. Nothing has changed and neither do I go home any earlier. In the evening is a gym session. Saturday. The whole day is quiet as I want to spend it with my wife. In the evening we have our usual fish and chips and she watch's bloody judge judy and I catch up with Cambridge delivers. Sunday. Is the usual read the Sunday papers and do the weekly shop in Bar Hill and then home. In the evening I help Cook Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailMonday. Its a mad rush today as my wife had a Preassessment last Saturday for her second Colonoscopy this coming Saturday. So this morning I had to go and get some more Laxative. Then in the afternoon is  the usual gym session. After which I went home via the supermarket. Tuesday.Its back to work. I do the usual rounds. I go home late as usual lots of pressure on at the moment! Wednesday. Today is the same as yesterday. It is a carbon copy and also go home late. Thursday. The same as the previous two days. There is no one mowing the bowling green on Christs Pieces. Friday. Work is the same and its getting warmer again. I leave off home late as usual and get home. My wife in the evening starts to take the laxative for tomorrows Colonoscopy. Saturday. Early in the morning my wife takes the second laxative. At 1.30 we are in Endoscopy for my wife's second procedure. While my wife is being examined I go to the main Concourse and drink a lemonade and watch more of Cambridge delivers. 90 mins pass and I head for a place to wait a phone call and it comes 30 mins after I arrive. I go to get my wife. The nurse that brings her out says that we must stay in the Dept. It is not good news as the examination has found a malignant tumor. Shock doesn't describe it. Sunday. Still stunned by the news I rush to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. We have a ready meal Sunday Roast.

Its back to work and its my first time doing Lamas land during the school holidays. The pool is busy but the building I clean remains clean. Then I set off for Jesus green and that is scummy but it is the tourist season. I am late home as usual. In the evening we sit and relax. My wife is obsessed with Judge Judy so I watch YouTube. I watch a young man doing food delivery's in London and the account is called @LondonHustle. Very interesting. Wednesday. Another very hot and Humid day. There are a lot of Children around the paddling pool at lamas land. I then make my way to Jesus green which is also busy. I survive the day and yes you have guessed it I go Home late! Thursday. Again another warm and humid day. It is a carbon Copy of yesterday. I go home late. While I am relaxing and my wife watch's Judge judy. I watch YouTube and an account is being offered to me and I can't believe it he is delivering food in my home city of Cambridge!  The account name is very appropriate @CambridgeDelivers. Friday. Its the same as the last two day. I return the keys at lion yard at the end of the working week and head for home. And then catch up on the video's of Cambridge delivers. I make a comment and then turn in for the night. Saturday. Its the usual gym session in the morning and then relax in the afternoon. I see I have been notified that Cambridge delivers has replied. Crikey the first time that has happened. Sunday. Sunday is the usual. Read the Sunday papers and then to Bar Hill and then home. In the evening I help Cook Sunday Roast.

The day is hot and Humid and I am dreading the next 6 weeks as its school holidays shortly. But I get on with the days work and then later in the day I head for home. And yes late again. Wednesday. Today is my birthday but I spend it at work. It just the same thing as yesterday and yes I still go home late. Thursday. Just the same but different day. Friday. End of the working week and yes it was still the same thing as the last three days. Then later I hand in the keys at Lion yard and head for home. Saturday. My PT doesn't do afternoons anymore so now I have to train at 10 in the mornings. But then the benefits are that I have the rest of the day to relax. Sunday. Morning papers are read and then off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I help Cook Sunday Roast.

Gym in the morning and then in the afternoon I chill. We have our usual fish and chips and then later in the evening its off to bed. Sunday. There is no Sunday Politics East anymore until September so I read the papers and then off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. Later I help cook Sunday Roast.

My wife comes with me. Its hot and sunny and during the picnic the chocolate cake melts! And then we head home even though the Satnav takes us the wrong way. Thursday. Just another day relaxing at home. Friday. Relaxing in the morning and then off to the gym in the afternoon. Saturday. Gym in the morning and then its off to see my uncle and aunt in the afternoon. Sunday. Its the usual format. The service I found very neutral and I much prefer Cremations. Then I attended the wake afterwards and returned home three hours afterwards. Friday. The whole day was relaxing at home. Saturday. In the morning I had the usual gym session. Then home and then off to the CLP barbecue. Sunday. Its the usual! Sunday politics east on t.v and then off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop. Then I went and got the cats flea treatment and then home. Send us Fan MailMonday. It was a quiet morning I was worried about if the Doctor would find something. The morning went very quickly and it was time to be off to the Hospital. We arrived at Endoscopy on time and we waited. Then it was time for my wife to have her procedure. And I went down to the main concourse to have a coffee. Unfortunately the shop was only selling cold drinks. Surprisingly it only took 45 minutes so I returned to Endoscopy to be told that we will have to return. Tuesday. Back to work and the tourist season is well under way. All buildings are scummy as usual but there is a notice on some of them saying " These buildings will close on July 15th." So that just leaves Drummer street and Jesus green to clean. After the afternoon clean I return to drummer street which for some unusual reason is clean. Wednesday. Its a repeat of yesterday. However Jesus Green had a lot of graffiti to remove. Thursday. Another repeat of yesterday. Friday. Its the day to say goodbye to Jim. After knowing him for 30 years this will be the end. My boss has now decided to keep me on the same days at present the issue has become messy. But we will endeavor! At the end of the day I hand in the keys at lion yard and head for home. Saturday. Its all the normal activities and then we have our usual fish and chips in the evening. Sunday. Today is also all the usual activities including the weekly shop at Bar Hill Tesco's  

Send us Fan MailMonday. Its another complicated day. Next week my wife has an Hospital appointment and this morning she has been rung up by the hospital for a Pre assessment. Then we travel to the hospital to get some laxative. Then home. In the afternoon is the usual gym session. Tuesday. I get to work and there is flap on about Graffiti. I spend a good two hours removing Graffiti at my base of Drummer street. I go straight to Jesus Green and tackle the Graffiti there. Wednesday. The weather has cooled down a bit and there are no Specific Cleaning Issues so I spend another Hour at Jesus Green. I get home and told my aunts funeral is on July 3rd in Cottenham. Thursday. Just the usual day. There are no issues to tackle. Friday. The end of the working week. I again head straight for Jesus Green because of the graffiti. I meet my boss there and tells me that the buildings I clean will change,lion yard in the morning. Then in the afternoon I will walk to East Chesterton and then to jesus green and then finish the day at drummer street. I then at the end of the day I head for home Handing the keys in at lion Yard. Saturday. Saturday is the usual gym session and then home. Sunday. Its the usual morning watch some T.V in the morning before heading off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop. However My wife is not allowed to have any evening meal and so I had a Roast Ready meal. Then in the evening my wife took the laxative.

In the evening my mum rings me and informs that my aunt has passed away. Tuesday. Its time to go back to work. I feel very sad as my family to whom I know are starting to pass away leaving just memories. Just the usual day at work. Except on Jesus green as they are setting up for another event. Wednesday. Its a normal Wednesday except on Jesus Green where they are setting up for another event. The day comes to an end. Thursday. Cambridge Pride is ready to go. everything is behaving itself. Friday. Its all the same for the end of the working week. Nothing happens and at the end of the day I hand in the keys and head for home. Saturday. This morning I have a zoom meeting. I then relax for the rest of the day and the end we have our usual fish and chips. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday Politics East on T.V and then off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home.

I am asked constantly to buy something and at lunch time I purchase some chocolate cookies. Wednesday. Again a load of stalls but this time I tell them no more purchases. Everyone is turned down! Thursday. Today is the same thing as the previous two days. Then I bump into my friend Jim who tells me that Andrew Chapman an old school friend and ex work colleague has been found dead. It is a sad day. Friday. No stalls on Parker's piece thank god! At lunch time I have a meeting and he tells me that some buildings are closing down. However he wants to keep me on. I finish the round, the day and the working week. Saturday. Its community litter pick day and then after the litter pick I help with the setting up of the community VE day celebrations. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday Routine Sunday Politics on T.V and then off to the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I help cook Sunday Roast

The in the afternoon its off to gym and the after the hr its off to the supermarket for my works food and then home. Tuesday. Back to work! There's nothing to write home about. Nothing! Then its home time and I finish late again. Wednesday. Nothing is happening! Boring! Graffiti is in pandemic mode. I finish work late again and head for home. Thursday. Today is a carbon copy of yesterday. I finish the working day slightly early. Friday. Its the end of the working week. Again nothing happens and I get to finish the day on time. I hand in the keys at lion yard but I pop into Holland and Barrett to buy some Protein and then head for home. Saturday. Saturday is just the same. I have a gym session at 11 and the after the hr I head for home. Sunday. Its an unusual Sunday. I take my wife to the Cambridge infusion Centre part of the Addenbrookes site. On the way we get lost! Then we head for home after an hour there and then in the afternoon I head for Newmarket Rd supermarket to do the weekly shop. And we then have Sunday Roast ready meals.

The buildings get a good clean during the day and then its time for home. Wednesday. Its the same thing. However there is a company putting up Marquees. What can it be ? I am late leaving for home. Thursday. Again nothing much really happens. But on Jesus Green the marquees are going up very quickly. What on earth is going on ? I go home slightly late. Friday. The end of the working week! Again all quiet on the western front because nothing really happens. However the tented building on Jesus Green is now covered and has a main hall and some rooms off to the side. There is a tent in a gap in a fence line and three signs saying Entrance, No Entry and Camra members and ticket holders only. A sign on the fence saying " Welcome to the Camra Cambridge Beer Festival 2025. For me its the end of the day and I go home slightly late again! I hand in the keys at lion yard and head for home. Saturday. Its Community Litterpick day. We have a relaxing litterpick After we have tea and cakes. So I spend the morning searching the internet and then in the afternoon off to the gym to train myself. Tuesday. The tourist Season has started in earnest! The first two buildings were clean but the buildings on Jesus Green and Quayside were grim. I then left work slightly late. Wednesday. Today was the same. However I tackled the graffiti at Jesus Green. I left for home slightly earlier than last night. Thursday. Today I bumped into Jim and antonio. They have been made redundant the worst news ever. I carry on as normal. I leave for home on time. Friday. With the impending redundancy of my friends I have a heavy heart. The buildings I clean are clean so its an easy day. Then its leaving work slightly late as I hand in the Keys at lion yard and home. Saturday. Today starts off with the usual gym session starting at 11. Then its straight home after the Hr. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday Politics East on T.v. Then its off to bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. Then in the evening I help with Sunday Roast.

I spend most of the day at the count in Soham. We the Labour party didn't win any seats as usual in the County Elections and we lost the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mayoral Election. Then back home. Saturday. Back to the grind in the gym. Sunday. Its back! Sunday Politics East an T.v. the its off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then back home. Send us Fan MailMonday. Well here we are one week before Annual leave. It continues to be nice and warm. This morning I did the paperwork and then after lunch its the usual gym session. Then in the evening I rang my mum as she is now getting worried about her older sister. Tuesday. I really didn't won't to go to work but needs must. But work was much better than I had feared. I then finish the day on time. Wednesday. Its getting near the best bit. This time the buildings are quiet. I go home on time but I won't cook works food as I will purchase food from the Kiosk opposite. Thursday. The penultimate working day. Its quiet tourism must be down this year as there is very little around. And the end of the day comes and I'm off home on time. Friday. Tomorrow is the beginning of annual leave. But the day follows the usual format. However the day ends and I go home slightly late. Saturday. First day of annual leave. There is no gym as I should do a campaign stall but there has been no campaigning so I decide that I am better to go somewhere else. However in the end I stay at home all day. Sunday. No Sunday politics as Parliament has just returned from recess. So its straight to bar hill to do the weekly shop and then home. Later its time to cook Sunday Roast.

I relax at work as its bank Holiday tomorrow. I clean and then I hand in the keys and leave for home on time. Friday. I get late up and its a slow morning. Then in the afternoon myself and my wife go and see my uncle and aunte. Then home. Saturday. Its gym at 1 I go home via the supermarket to get the stuff for tomorrows Sunday Roast. Sunday. Everything is closed so a very quiet day.

And today the mobile hairdresser came and cut it. Tuesday. Its off to another week at work. The traffic getting into Cambridge is a lot lighter. And the weather is a lot warmer. Wednesday. Again the same sort of workday. But it is odd as there are no tourists as yet. Thursday. Another work day but its slightly cooler but still sunny. Friday. Last working day of the week and a repeat of other two days. Saturday. This time the gym session is at 12. So I have time to relax. Then after the gym its straight home and more relaxing in the afternoon. Sunday. In the morning its Sunday politics on T.v and then off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop. Then in the Evening I help cook Sunday Roast.

My PT thinks it was the next week and I said no. So he gives me thirty free minutes. Tuesday. Its back to work. However it is unusual because the beginning of march signals the start of the tourist season. But no tourists. Wednesday.  Its another work day. again quiet. Thursday. Its cloudy today and the forecast is for rain. But it remains dry. Friday. Again the same sort of day. At the end of the day and at the end of the week its time to put the keys in at lion yard and home. Saturday. Its community litterpick day. Then after the hour its coffee and cake and then its off to the gym. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday Politics on T.V and then off for the weekly shop and then home. Tuesday. It was very quiet on the roads and I get to work on time. When after I open the buildings I clean I get to my base and I book three lots of annual leave. Other than it was just another day at work. Wednesday. The day is warm but the buildings remain clean although the roads are fairly busy. But not enough to make me late. Thursday. Again a quiet day. Its unbelievable its just like summer. At lunchtime I bump into matt and we have a discussion about redundancy. Friday. Again its like summer and people are out and about. This means more cleaning to do in the buildings I clean. At 5pm its home time and the end of the week. I head for lion yard hand in the keys and then home. Saturday. Its going to be a busy weekend. First the gym at 10. Then home then out again to see my MP at 3.30. Then after that its back home. Sunday. This Sunday its off to the vets with the cat and then home. And then in afternoon its the weekly shop, home. And then I help cook the Sunday Roast.

I finish on time and hand in the keys at lion yard and then home. Saturday. Its a normal day off as gym is at 10. Then home and a good rest. Sunday. Its the usual Politics East on T.V and then I head to Bar Hill for the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I help cook Sunday Roast.

However its still quiet on the round. Thursday. I listen as usual to my favorite Radio station BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. The morning show presenter is talking about keeping Diaries. As I get to work I text in and the next thing I know I am being interviewed live on radio. Other than that it is just another boring day on the round. Friday. I walk around in a daydream from yesterdays interview. But its still very quiet on the round. I end the day as I hand in the keys to lion yard. And then home. Saturday. Gym session is at 11 and then straight home and rest. Sunday. Today is the usual. Sunday politics on t.v and then to Bar Hill for the weekly shop. And then home. After in the afternoon its off to the gym and after the hr its back home via the supermarket. Then its parish council in the evening. Tuesday. Its off to work. As I have tomorrow off I can't get stressed about work issues. And then home. Wednesday. Its the day of the funeral. In the morning I continue creating video clips. Then in the afternoon I make my way to the Crematorium. I can't cry as I have had no contact with my father-in-law for over six years. But after the service my Brother-in-laws wife came and gave me a hug and that made me breakdown. We went back to my Community and went to the local pub for the wake. Thursday. Its back to work. And there is a flap on due to the graffiti. I spend the morning helping to remove it. And then in the afternoon back to the cleaning. Friday. In the morning we continue to remove graffiti. And then I have to help in delivering stores. Saturday. Its Community litterpick day! Parish Council has decided to make the full time litterpicker redundant. I will be liaising with the volunteers and Parish Council. Then its gym. Sunday. Just the normal Sunday. BBC Politics in the morning then off to Bar Hill to do the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I help cook Sunday Roast.

Send us Fan MailMonday. I am now getting concerned about the funeral arrangements as I have heard nothing. I carry on producing clips for my youtube channel. Then in the afternoon its to the gym. And then home via the supermarket. Tuesday. Its back to work! I Whatsapp my boss so I can book the day of the funeral as I have seen it on facebook. Shortly it will be chinese new year so I expect it to be busy. Wednesday. Another cold wet working day and no one is around again. I'm late for work again due to congestion. So I leave off work late. Thursday. This time I get to work a lot earlier. And I go home on time in the evening its another weekday evening session at the gym. Friday. And for once I am slightly early for work. Nothing happens during the day and I hand in the keys at lion yard on time. And the best thing I go home on time. Saturday. Just an ordinary morning at the gym. Its packed as many are trying to keep to their new year resolutions. So after the hour its straight home. Sunday. Its the usual day. In the morning Sunday politics East and then do the weekly shop in Bar Hill and then home. In the evening I help with Sunday roast.

Back to work and nothing special happens. The weather is still very cloudy and cold so no about. Wednesday. It takes me a record 1hr and 10 mins to travel the 7 miles from home. However I catch up as its very quiet and the buildings are clean. Thursday. Light traffic getting into work at last! I go home on time not like yesterday. And tonight I go to the gym to make up for saturday. Friday. Where has the traffic gone ? It takes me the usual twenty minutes to travel to work. There's no communication over the funeral arrangements. Saturday. Its Campaign stall day. A fairly good response as people take many leaflets. But two people create incidents. After three hours I pack up and go home. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Weekly shop at Bar Hill and then home. Then help with Sunday roast.
