We really enjoyed recording this one as this month we got to gush about not only our loved ones and what we cook for them to impress but also the high priestess of our urban religion : Nigella. We also talk about the importance of good stock, and what Chris reaches for when he's stressed... Episode 2: First/Student Cookbooks

Wow, has it been a month already? We have been so blown away by all the support and feedback over the last month. We are back with episode 2, and hopefully our audio is much better this time around.   This time we are talking about First or Student cookbooks: The books we first used after we left home, either at university or during our first job/jobs. We will talk about a cookbook that is very traditional, with all the pros and cons of that. Then Helen will talk about how she almost gained two husbands from a cookie recipe.   As always, please let us know about your cookbooks you used after first leaving home, either in the comments below, at [email protected], or on our instagram.   Credits: Lemon Delicious Pudding - From "Like Grandma Used to Make" by Readers Digest (Australia) Pty Ltd, 2002 Chocolate Chip Cookies - From "Beyond Baked Beans: Real Food for Students" by Fiona Beckett, 2002
