The Dr. Frost Podcast
by Landon Frost
As a physician in my mid-30's I decided to change career paths, which is crazy-sounding, but I think there a lot of people (physician and non-physician) who are looking to do the same. If that that's what you want, then go for it. I talk about how I pushed through self-doubt by following my intuition and higher calling. I discuss nature of being an artist and the difficulty of being vulnerable. This is also a personal brand because I don't just want to talk about real estate but.... I want to talk about me! I hope my unique perspective (doctor, family guy, etc) will resonate with somebody.

Oscar and I delved into some deep topics such as becoming a billionaire so that Oscar can give away %90 to others. We also talked about the scriptures and having money to build God’s kingdom. 4. I brought up a quote from Fight Club, “It’s only until you have lost everything that you’re free to do anything” and we casually went off on that for a while. 5. I asked how Oscar is able to face adversity with kids, because wouldn’t that make things more scary? He said the opposite- his kids are his driving force and the reason why he is so successful.

EP 1 | Meet the Team- Learning from each others struggles.
One of the biggest reasons we decided to start this podcast was to share our experiences and what we started to realize is that our experiences match a lot of people’s experiences but they’re not being talked about. They not being brought to light, they’re not being shed in any direction other than, "I have this amazing success, I did this amazing thing over here." And we all forget about the struggle and the path that it takes to get to that amazing thing. Each one of us here has decided to do something really hard, really fun, and really exciting, but it’s a different route and a different path. But we have told you how we got to the point where we were actually making some wins. We struggled a lot during this path. We struggled a lot to get to where we are today and I think it would be really important for everyone to hear the mistakes that we’ve made, the reasons why we are still doing what we are still doing, and also the lessons that we’ve learned.
