The LA Rams stayed on course for the number one seed with a tight and controversial victory over the Detroit Lions. A huge cross-conference game between the Broncos and Packers also didn’t disappoint and it was the Broncos who took the victory to go an astounding 12-2. The Packers’ loss overshadowed by an ACL injury to their top player, Micah Parsons.

The Chiefs are hanging on by a thread, staring down the possibility of being mathematically bounced from the playoff race if a few other AFC results don’t fall their way. Meanwhile, the Packers roll into a matchup with a Broncos team everyone’s been calling frauds all season. Yet Denver somehow sits atop the conference at 11–2. Are they legit, or is the bubble about to burst We’re also teeing up a classic AFC North grudge match between two long-time rivals, with one quarterback stirring up headlines for all the wrong reasons this week. Over in the NFC South, Thursday Night Football suddenly has real juice as that division continues to flip itself upside down. And in the AFC East, things get even spicier: is New England’s new signal-caller the next Brady in the making? The huge storyline in the AFC this weekend was the Chiefs being officially ruled out of being ablle to win the AFC West for the first time in 10 years! In the NFC, the Rams, Packers and Seahawks all won out to keep their races very much alive for the 1 seed. The Packers beat last week's top seed, the Chicago Bears, who need to make sure they lick their wounds for a rematch in a few weeks’ time. The Lions now move 8-5 after a convincing showdown against the Cowboys plus it was a huge upset for the Buccaneersl osing to the Saints leaving the door wide open for an impressive Panthers team to snag their top spot in the South.

The Early Hours were in Detroit for Thanksgiving! Whilst we couldn’t find any nice turkey to eat, Jordan Love and the Packers certainly did. In a tight and somewhat controversial game, it was the Packers who left Detroit with the win and extend their season record to 2-0 over their bitter rivals.  Meanwhile, the Cowboys and the Bengals picked up huge wins which just about sees their season hopes stay alive and friday’s cracker saw two 8-3 go head to head for the NFC 1 seed with the Chicago Bears getting the better of the Eagles in a game which elevated them to the 1 seed, who saw that coming?  Fellow NFC giants, the LA Rams lost to the Carolina Panthers in a tight affair and in the AFC the Patriots lead the way with an astounding 11-2 record after beating the Giants on Monday night; and one team falling away is the Colts, a controversial loss to the Texans plus an injury to star Corner, Sauce Gardner left Colts fans worried for their post season dreams.
