Durde DELIVERS! Seahawks secure 2nd Super Bowl with Aden's defensive masterclass.
Super Bowl 60 delivered a defensive masterclass as the Seattle Seahawks shut down the New England Patriots on the biggest stage, securing their second Lombardi in emphatic fashion. Seattle set the tone early, forcing pressure on nearly every dropback and turning that dominance into points with short-field opportunities. The Patriots struggled to establish any rhythm offensively, repeatedly stalled by a relentless pass rush and disciplined coverage that eliminated explosive plays. By halftime, the Seahawks’ defence had already forced multiple turnovers, completely flipping momentum and leaving New England chasing the game. The spotlight firmly belonged to defensive coordinator Aden Durde, whose aggressive yet adaptable game plan proved decisive. Mixing disguised blitz packages with tight zone rotations, Durde’s unit consistently confused protections and baited costly mistakes. Seattle’s front seven controlled the line of scrimmage, while the secondary capitalised with timely interceptions that effectively sealed the contest in the second half. As the clock expired, it was clear this victory wasn’t about offensive fireworks - it was about defensive dominance. The Seahawks didn’t just win; they imposed their identity. We break down Durde’s tactical brilliance, the key game-changing moments, and what this result means for both franchises in today’s episode.

Can New England redefine a dynasty, or will Seattle be crowned comeback kings?
In this preview, we break down the key storylines, X-factors, and matchup dynamics that could decide the Lombardi Trophy. Will Seattle’s high-powered offense, led by Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, topple New England’s balanced attack? Super Bowl 49 vs. 60: can the Seahawks finally forget a decade of heartbreak?
A decade ago, Super Bowl 49 ended in one of the most painful moments in NFL history for the Seattle Seahawks. One play, one decision, and a championship slipped away. Now, as Super Bowl 60 approaches, Seattle returns to the biggest stage with a chance to finally rewrite that story. This episode compares Super Bowl 49 and Super Bowl 60 across the key areas that matter most. At quarterback, we look at how Seattle’s offense has evolved - from the raw, improvisational style that defined SB 49 to a more composed, system-driven approach built for today’s NFL. Experience, decision-making, and situational awareness could be the difference this time. Coaching philosophies also tell a story of growth. SB 49 was about identity and physical dominance; SB 60 is about adaptability, game management, and learning from past mistakes. Defensively, the comparison is just as compelling. The Legion of Boom once ruled through intimidation and man coverage. The current Seahawks defense is more versatile — focused on disguises, pressure packages, and matchup flexibility. Can the Seahawks finally move on from a decade-old heartbreak, or will Super Bowl 60 reopen old wounds? We break it all down.

BUST to BOOM! Patriots & Seahawks jump from playoff no-shows to Super Bowl surge.
Our Super Bowl 60 match up is set! The New England Patriots will face off against the Seattle Seahawks for a repeat of Super Bowl 49. In the AFC Championship, the Patriots punched their ticket to the big game with a gritty 10-7 victory over the Broncos in a snowy, defensive slugfest in Denver. New England leaned on a stout defence and some clutch plays from rookie QB Drake Maye, who did more with his legs than his arm (including the game’s lone touchdown) to help ice the win in frigid conditions. Despite Denver’s top-ranked defence all season, the Broncos’ offence struggled to get untracked, and backup QB Jarrett Stidham couldn’t consistently get anything going in what turned out to be a low-scoring, hard-nosed battle. On the NFC side, the Seahawks edged the Rams 31-27 in a nail-biter to reach their fourth Super Bowl in franchise history. Seattle’s offence delivered a huge day with multiple touchdown passes, while the defence came up with key stops late - including a critical goal-line stand on fourth down to preserve the lead. The Rams fought back behind Matthew Stafford’s big numbers, but costly errors and missed opportunities down the stretch ultimately swung momentum Seattle’s way. This thrilling finish sets up a classic Patriots vs. Seahawks showdown in Santa Clara. We break down the biggest storylines, X-factors to watch, and what these games mean for Super Bowl LX - two games down, one to go. Hit play and let’s dive in!

ZERO passes all season! Can Denver’s QB avoid a playoff debut disaster?
Conference Championship weekend is finally here and only four teams remain - all battling to punch their tickets to Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara. In the AFC Championship, it’s the Patriots hitting the road to take on the Broncos. New England comes in riding a breakthrough season under Mike Vrabel, with an opportunistic defence and MVP-calibre plays from Drake Maye guiding them through a 28-16 win over the Texans in the Divisional Round. Denver, meanwhile, survived a thriller against the Bills - but at a cost, as starter Bo Nix suffered a season-ending injury meaning backup Jarrett Stidham now gets the call in the biggest game of his career. No passes, no experience, all pressure. Is Stidham up to the task? Or will his season-debut as a starter be a disaster? The second game on Championship Sunday sees the battle for the NFC with the Seahawks taking on the Los Angeles Rams for a third time this season. Seattle dominated the 49ers in their last game and boast one of the league’s toughest defences, while the Rams advanced thanks to a dramatic overtime win over the Bears and bring explosive playmakers like Matthew Stafford and Puka Nacua to the spotlight. As divisional rivals with 3 points between both meetings this season, this one could come down to the wire in front of a raucous crowd at Lumen Field. We break down the keys to victory, X-factors to watch, and what these outcomes mean as the road to the Super Bowl begins in today’s episode!

Buffalo BOUNCE OUT! Broncos burst Bills’ bubble after CONTROVERSIAL OT call.
Divisional Round weekend lived up to every bit of the playoff hype: 8 teams, 4 key match ups with 2 going to overtime. The Broncos exacted revenge on the Bills edging them out 33-30 in overtime after a back-and-forth battle that saw multiple lead changes and turnovers. Denver’s defence forced key stops and a late interception in OT set up the game-winning field goal, while the Bills’ resilient effort ultimately fell just short, and ultimately led to Buffalo moving on from Sean McDermott. The Seahawks absolutely dominated the 49ers, the final score a being a humiliating 41-6 for the top seed. From a 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to a suffocating defensive performance, Seattle made a statement and punched their ticket to the NFC Championship in emphatic fashion. Sunday’s AFC action saw the Patriots take control in Foxborough against the Texans, securing a 28-16 that saw as many interceptions as it did touchdowns! To cap the weekend off, the Rams held their nerve in a classic overtime thriller versus the Bears winning 20-17 after a late game-tying score, and a decisive field goal in extra time. We break down what went right for some, and not so right for others, in today's episode!
