Why should anyone get a therapist? You could easily just lie on your friend's couch, vent about all your problems over wine and get the same results, right? Wrong. Therapy is a lot more than just paying a stranger to get all up in your business. It can be a powerful tool for self improvement, if used correctly. It can be hard, though.
