We start our new show by introducing the i5 Freedom Network and the heart-led mission behind the organization and our small but mighty team, connecting prevention, Survivor services, and local advocacy in ways that actually move the needle.At the core is Self-Designed Life, our 14-week, Survivor-created, trauma-informed course that blends emotional recovery with practical life building: coping skills, financial basics, and rebuilding healthy relationships and community. Because the course is virtual, it makes it inclusive, adaptive, and accessible to Survivors across the U.S. and beyond.
