    5: Try this exercise to shift your energy on a daily basis + living life in energetic alignment + biz and life updates

On one side write out your ideal day in detail, (eg 7am wake up, 8am breakfast with partner, 9am client work etc).In second column, write out the energetic frequency you desire to feel during each task...
