There are so many ways to get started investing in real estate, even as a beginner....even if you want to test it out and just use it as a side hustle. Listen into a personal phone call of mine I had with a family member about getting started in real estate. Which real estate investment is best? It really just depends on you and what your style of investing is. There are so many ways to invest that involve more work VS less work and everything in between. Listen to the recording for more juicy details. What type of real estate is most profitable? Good deals! That is the basic answer. Usually if you work directly with the seller you can find a better deal VS using the MLS, but that takes making thousands of phone calls and really is a full time job within itself. How much time does real estate actually take? Can I do it as a side hustle? Yes, you can do it as a side hustle and we would recommend starting out that way…but if you are consistent with it, it will start taking off and make you triple think why your still at your 9-5. It truly jsut depends how much time you want to give it. At this stage Devron & I are at, it is a full time ++ job. We also find all of our own deals and we manage all of our properties (we do not recommned that necessarily!
