Money Didn’t Change Him – A Pastor’s Crypto Story
Send us Fan MailThis conversation is for two kinds of people. Those who are still trying to figure out where they’re headed in life. And those already carrying responsibility, business, family, momentum, who are seeking practical success principles that actually last.In this episode, I’m joined by Vlad Chernioglo, a pastor at Light of the Gospel church, father, and business owner.Vlad navigated major career pivots, sudden financial upside, seasons of uncertainty, and the pressure that comes with leading people. His perspective on success wasn’t shaped in theory, but through decisions that forced him to question what growth, freedom, and faithfulness really mean.We talk about: • What success looks like when it’s not treated as a finish line • Why clarity often comes after commitment, not before • The tension between ambition and obedience • How money and opportunity can amplify internal pressure • Why faithfulness matters more than outcomes • The difference between building something impressive and building something sustainable • Delegation, seasons of life, and the myth of life-balanceWhat stayed with me is how easily success can harden you if you’re not paying attention, and how quietly alignment can drift when achievement and money becomes the goal. This isn’t a conversation about chasing more. It’s about building a life that still holds together even when things don't go your way. We hope that you will find value in this conversation. Thank you for tuning in.Follow me on FacebookFollow Me on Instagram

Fatherlessness Is Destroying America — Here’s What Needs to Change
Send us Fan MailIn this episode, we talk about something that doesn’t get nearly enough attention—the crisis of fatherlessness in America. Too many kids are growing up without a dad, and the effects are everywhere: in classrooms, in crime stats, and in emotional health. At the same time, there’s this idea that to succeed in business, your family has to come second. That success requires sacrifice at home. But I don’t believe that has to be true. That’s why I sat down with Tom Ellsworth—not just to talk about business, but to learn from him. He’s helped lead over $1.5 billion in business exits, yet through all that pressure, he’s remained present in the lives of his kids. This conversation is about priorities. #6 – Reese Browning – A Slice of Legacy: The Story of Old Town Pizza's Success
Send us Fan MailNo matter if you are a big fan of pizza, resident of Auburn CA, or someone who happened to stumble upon this place when passing through, you most likely are familiar with Old Town Pizza! Nestled in the heart of Placer County, Old Town Pizza was established in 1999. This vintage charming pizza restaurant has truly become an iconic establishment in the Auburn CA area and in other parts of Placer County CA. Just a week ago, Paul Galushkin of Eastok Realty had the privilege to sit down with the man behind the success of OTP, Reese Browning, to hear his story. Reese along with his parents Ed and Pat Browning purchased Old Town Pizza in 2002 when it was just a small pizza shop located in the old town Auburn across the street from the well known gourmet coffee shop Pour Choice. Then, in 2004 Old Town Pizza expanded into Lincoln CA and opened up in July of 2004. As the organization grew and became highly popular, Reese decided it was time to open in Roseville, CA. In 2015, Old Town Pizza opened in Roseville. Then in 2019 when they outgrew their original Lincoln space, they moved to 599 Lincoln BLVD in September of 2019 and that is where they introduced Slice Beer, a newly founded Brewery. But the one location that is currently the HOT SPOT in Auburn CA, is the new Old Town Pizza location on 510 High st which opened up in 2022. As you look through the timeline and into the OTP organization, you will notice quickly that to achieve this level of success and community impact, there has to be someone leading the movement, and this man is Reese Browning who has created something special. In just 2 decades he was able to develop a culture of greatness, attracting some of the best people who are still part of OTP and their contribution is obvious. Old Town Pizza is not just a pizza shop, but it is a community of empowered individuals who love hospitality and serving their community. We can tell that the future looks bright at OTP and we cannot wait to see what they will do next. We hope you enjoy conversation, and if you do, please share and follow.
