Personally, I've experienced one and I'm currently experiencing the other. At one point I'd found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, but it didn't go as planned. We'd been married for awhile, but I did stuff to cause us to separate. Although we're not divorced, we're still friends, but I still wanna spend my life with her. Being separated completely shifted my perspective on what true love is.<
