Happy Women's History Month! When I think on the history of my family there is one person that I can say has been a pillar of light, hope, and a true example of God's redemption power - My grandma. If not, let me introduce you to a piece of my world...In this episode we are discussing patterns of witchcraft that tried to infiltrate our bloodline until one day God revealed to my grandma the spirits she was exposing herself and made a clear demand to come out from among them.

Motherhood is so much more than cute pictures, the perfectly curated home, the dream family, etc. I have officially been a mother for a year now and while this has been the best job God has trusted me with, I'd be lying if I said it has been easy for me. Being the "go-to" person for everyone can have a create a huge toll on your mental health, finances, and body. In the episode we are discovering how many hats you are expected to fulfill for others and what hats do you really want to be known for. Just because you are good at something doesn't always mean you want to be become an expert in that field. We also get into self-care and really figuring out what really makes you feel appreciated and no I don't mean the once a month massage visits.. Homework from this episode: 1. Figure out what truly makes you happy, how are you going to be intentional about filling your own cup everyday? 3.
