    Mentally Defeated, Then Doctor Gives me a Death Sentence!

    This was a conversation I had one Saturday with Tammy Bauer, an inspirational woman who has become a dear friend. I recorded our conversation and decided parts of our discussion had to be shared. This conversation is about an amazing woman's journey to overcome multiple health issues, including obesity and diabetes. She shares her decision to choose to live and the impact it had on her physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With the help of a coach and a nutritional program called Optavia, she was able to lose weight, reverse her diabetes, get off of 14 medications, and improve her overall health.
