Introduction to intuitive eating
What is intuitive eating and how can you start eating intuitively? For many (myself included), the answer isn't so straightforward. In this episode, I'll walk you through a brief explanation of this concept and offer best practices to help you tune into your hunger cues, eat without distraction and honor your cravings. This episode is by no means an exhaustive overview of intuitive eating. My hope is that you leave with a better understanding of how to eat mindfully and that you feel more in control of your relationship with food.

In this 20-minute guided body scan meditation, we'll focus on releasing tension and becoming fully present of your physical body. Through intentional awareness, I'll help you explore each area of your body, inviting relaxation and a deeper connection with your physical self from head to toe. This practice is perfect for grounding, stress relief, or simply honoring your body’s wisdom. You can do this practice any time of day but I recommend listening before bed to help you settle into a restful night's sleep.
