    DAY 3: Unearth the Gold

Welcome to Day 3 of The Kindling Spark 🔥.Today is the moment most women realise they are not starting from zero. Your idea is already supported by years of lived experience, strengths you forget you have, knowledge you have practised again and again, and assets you created without even realising they would one day matter. In this episode, we:1. Begin with a gentle rememberingA five-minute free write that surfaces everything your brain already knows about what you bring to this idea. This lowers inhibition, calms your nervous system, and activates your intuitive competence.2. Gather the gold using four simple boxesYou consolidate what you discover into:• ExperienceEverything you have lived through, navigated, healed or learned that deepens your understanding.• Strengths and personal qualitiesThe natural ways you work that will make this idea powerful.• Knowledge and expertiseWhat you know because of practice, study, repetition or deep curiosity.• Existing materials and assetsThe plans, drafts, content, skills, communities, frameworks and creative scraps that mean you are not beginning with a blank page. This is where most women feel that big internal shift from uncertainty to grounded confidence.3. Close by naming the goldYou bring it together in one simple paragraph beginning with:“The gold I already have that supports this idea is…”This is your consolidation moment, and it always creates a sense of rootedness and momentum.Share what came up for you in the WhatsApp group. A sentence or a quick voice note is perfect. Daily sharing is also what unlocks your special end-of-week surprise.🔗 Links• Join The Kindling Spark 🔥www.lauraoldfield.com/the-kindling-spark• Explore Rekindlingwww.lauraoldfield.com/rekindling This is a public episode. The Kindling Spark: Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of The Kindling Spark 🔥.Yesterday you named the idea your brain has been quietly rehearsing.Today we give that idea edges, form and a shape that fits the life you actually have. This episode guides you through a beautifully simple three-part process designed to lower cognitive load, reduce overwhelm and help your nervous system settle into clarity. We explore:1. What you already know about your ideaA gentle free write to surface everything your intuition has been gathering behind the scenes.2. Three lenses to shape the sparkLens 1: Who this idea is really forPicture the real human who would feel relieved this existed.Lens 2: What changes for themName the transformation. The shift. The before and after.Lens 3: The simplest containerChoose the lightest possible version of this idea that fits your real life right now. These lenses help your brain move into structured imagination, the midlife superpower where ideas become clearer, calmer and more possible.3. Bringing the shape togetherYou will leave Day 2 with a simple statement:“Right now, the shape of this idea looks like…”This is Version 1.0. A beginning. A spark with edges. And just like yesterday, I would love you to share what came up for you. A voice note, a sentence, a scribble in the WhatsApp group. Sharing anchors the clarity and strengthens the whole group energy. Remember, if you share something each day, a beautiful surprise awaits you at the end of the week.🔗 Links• Join The Kindling Spark 🔥www.lauraoldfield.com/the-kindling-spark• Explore Rekindling (your next step after the event)www.lauraoldfield.com/rekindling This is a public episode. The Kindling Spark 🔥 Episode 1: Gather your Kindling

Welcome to Day 1 of The Kindling Spark 🔥.Today we begin gently. Not by forcing clarity or choosing the perfect idea, but by noticing the one your brain has already been quietly rehearsing behind the scenes. In this episode, I guide you through our three-layer method for surfacing the idea that already has a spark:1. Neural heat: the idea your body responds to.2. Cognitive return: the idea that keeps circling back when you are doing school runs, showering or pretending to pay attention in meetings.3. Pattern logic: the idea that lines up with your long-held strengths, values and lived experience. You will write, explore, circle, underline and star your way to a single idea with real pull. Not your forever idea. The idea your brain is already organising.Together we:• create the soft set-up that helps you land• warm up your thinking with a freewriting prompt• explore your ideas through the three layers• name the idea you will carry into Day 2• close with gentle reflection to anchor it inYou do not need to get this perfect. You only need to be curious and honest.🎧 Listen to the episodeThen share what came up for you in the WhatsApp group. You can send a voice note or a couple of scrappy lines. This is a judgment-free, confidential space. When women share honestly, something shifts in all of us.And yes… if you share something each day, there is a beautiful surprise waiting for you at the end of the week.🔗 Links• Join The Kindling Spark 🔥www.lauraoldfield.com/the-kindling-spark• Explore Rekindling (for after the event)www.lauraoldfield.com/rekindling This is a public episode.
