    When Everything Breaks… Launch Anyway

Episode Summary: In this raw and revealing episode of The Launch Button Podcast, Hugh takes you behind the curtain of what it really looks like to launch something new—especially when everything that can go wrong… does go wrong. From a laptop hard-drive failure two hours before kickoff, to a temporary replacement computer that crawled slower than dial-up, to a full website malware attack that shut down email attachments, Hugh shares the chaotic, unfiltered truth of running their first-ever AI Challenge.Despite tech meltdowns, frozen screens, corrupted audio, and hacked links, the team stayed relentless. The message? Entrepreneurship isn’t about perfection—it’s about commitment, adaptability, and solving one problem at a time. Hugh breaks down how he delivered an entire multi-day AI challenge using nothing but a phone, grit, backup systems, a supportive team, and a whole lot of patience.Through every failure came a lesson: people don’t follow perfect—they follow real. And even in the middle of tech disasters, attendees aged 18 to 80 learned AI skills, built systems, improved storytelling, and took the actions that moved their businesses forward. The impact remained strong, lives were changed, and confidence in AI grew—even when the tech running the challenge was falling apart. This episode is a powerful reminder that if you wait for perfect, you’ll never launch. If you move forward—especially when everything breaks—you create momentum, growth, and transformation for yourself and the people you serve.Link in bio for the full episode.About the Host: Hugh excels at helping entrepreneurs and executives who are on the path to manifesting their dreams - whether they are on the first steps of a launch or a giant leap forward as they level up their business. Sprint, Scale, Soar

🎙 Episode Summary – Sprint, Scale, Soar | The Launch Podcast with @hughzwealthIn this powerful episode of The Launch Podcast, @hughzwealth breaks down what it really takes to finish the year with focus, momentum, and purpose. As many entrepreneurs begin to coast through the holidays, Hugh delivers a wake-up call — reminding us that how you finish this year determines how you start the next.He compares the final quarter of the year to the last 100 meters of a 400m sprint — the moment when champions dig deep, push through pain, and accelerate while everyone else slows down. This is your opportunity to separate from the crowd, stay disciplined, and build unstoppable momentum heading into 2026.Hugh walks listeners through the Launch Button Framework, a five-step process to move from idea to orbit. You’ll learn how to:Find your passion and define clear goals.Identify your one big thing to complete before year’s end.Break your goals into measurable monthly milestones.Establish KPIs and CDAs (Consistent Daily Actions) to stay on track.Surround yourself with experts and accountability partners. He also dives into the importance of automation, delegation, and AI integration — showing how removing yourself as the bottleneck can free up time for what truly drives growth. The episode highlights the mindset shift needed to finish strong: instead of asking, “How much time do I have left this year?”, start asking, “How much impact can I still create?”Listeners are challenged to join the End-of-Year Sprint by defining their goals, creating a 60-day plan, tracking their daily progress, and sharing their journey publicly. Whether you’re closing a final deal, launching a new offer, or implementing automation, this sprint is about building habits and systems that will power your success in 2026.Hugh also gives a sneak peek at exciting upcoming projects — including the Beyond Launch Book and the Ignite Your CDAs Productivity Journal, tools designed to help entrepreneurs master momentum and consistency. As always, Hugh practices what he preaches, sharing real examples from his own sprint to prove that success is about commitment, not timing.🚀 It’s time to push past hesitation, ignite momentum, and stay in orbit long after liftoff.🎧 Listen to the full episode — link in bio.🧭 Want to discover your launch potential? The 3 things you need to grow

Episode Summary – The Launch Button Podcast: "How to Grow and Scale Your Life and Business"In this motivational episode, the host breaks down the essential steps to personal and professional growth. Listeners are guided through a three-part framework: deciding to grow (which involves cutting off distractions), setting boundaries (especially with others), and building accountability through community. Through anecdotes like a fitness-focused cruise and entrepreneurial stories, the episode emphasizes the importance of structure, standards, and who you surround yourself with. Key Highlights:Decide to Grow: Growth starts with making a firm decision to cut off what's no longer serving you—whether it's habits, people, or commitments.Create Space: Like a plant needs sunlight and water, your goals need time and mental energy. Eliminate distractions to make room for progress.Set Boundaries: Hold strong personal boundaries regardless of how others behave. Whether it's sticking to a sleep schedule or saying no to extra meetings, discipline is key.You Teach People How to Treat You: By consistently enforcing your boundaries, others learn how to respect your time and energy.Be Willing to Receive Help: Many love helping but struggle with accepting support—growth often requires both.Power of Accountability: From scheduled workouts on a cruise to consistent training calls, being part of a like-minded community reinforces habits.Raise Your Standards: Growth doesn’t happen by default—it’s a result of daily decisions and consistent action.Entrepreneurial Reality: Business isn’t 9–5. It’s 24/7, and success comes faster when you're surrounded by the right people. The Growth Equation: In today’s world, collaboration multiplies results—1 + 1 can equal 1,000 when aligned with the right mindset and team.About the Host: Hugh excels at helping entrepreneurs and executives who are on the path to manifesting their dreams - whether they are on the first steps of a launch or a giant leap forward as they level up their business. 1st generation American From engineer to over 100 Real estate deals

Episode Summary:This episode chronicles Jose's inspiring journey as a first-generation American who overcame significant challenges to achieve success in real estate investing. Raised by a single mother who emigrated from Ecuador, Jose was instilled with the values of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of education. However, after following the traditional path of earning multiple degrees and accruing substantial debt, Jose found himself disillusioned with the prospect of a lifetime of financial struggle. This realization set him on a path to explore entrepreneurship, ultimately leading him to real estate investing.Through grit and determination, Jose transitioned from a W-2 mindset to building a thriving career in real estate, completing over 110 transactions. He shares personal milestones, such as buying his mother a cash-flowing rental property, as well as the lessons learned from helping others as an agent and mentor. Jose’s story highlights the power of saying “yes” to opportunities, overcoming skepticism, and creating financial freedom for his family.Key Highlights:Humble Beginnings and Inspiration:The Shift from W-2 Mindset to Entrepreneurship:Breaking into Real Estate Investing:Overcoming Skepticism:Notable Accomplishments:Lessons for Aspiring Investors:Personal Impact:About the Guest My name is Jose Fernandez. I'm a first generation American. I came to this country with my family in search of the American dream. Throughout my childhood I was told in order to be successful in this country I had to work hard to get good grades in school so that I can get a good job to be able to provide a good life for my family. (The American Dream)So that's what I did however, when I graduated college I came out of school with a large student loan debt and got a job with a low salary because student loan payments begin shortly after graduation whether you have a job or not. When I got my first paycheck the harsh realization that everything I worked hard for was not truly worth what I was getting paid. So I did what I was taught, I went back to college to get a master's degree in hopes that I can get a better job. However, this time things were different. I had started a cell phone and computer repair business which was making more money than my w2 job. But I didn't go ALL IN on my business because I went to school to become an engineer, not a cell phone technician. Now I realize I just didn't have enough business experience to go all in on my business. This is not the life I wanted to live by trading my time for money. I grew up with a single mom and I know exactly what it's like to work 60,70 and sometimes 80 hours a week just to barely get by and miss out on important milestones. And suddenly one day while I was in my office,I was invited to a real estate investing presentation that was taking place in my same office space. I was reluctant to attend but thankfully the person that invited me insisted and I couldn't say no. Looking back at it now that decisions changed my life, because that's where I met Hugh Zaretsky and his team and after a 2-hour presentation, he said to me that I was going to have an opportunity to learn to invest in real estate without using any of my own money or credit, and at the same time have an opportunity to make $1,000 to $10,000 per week every month while I was learning. Today I joke with him and say you didn't have to make me wait 2 hours for that. You could have just told me that from the beginning and I would have signed up for that on the spot. Because I say yes, I met a lot of great entrepreneurs, made a lot of connections, learned a lot about real estate investing and business ownership and took all of that and turned it into the life that I have today of financial Independence by investing in real estate and business ownership.IG: https://www.instagram.com/jose_fernandez_remax_agent/FB: https://www.facebook.com/Josetherealtor/LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/josefernandezremaxagentTiktok: @Jose.Fernandez.remaxX: @JoseThe_RealtorAbout the Host: Hugh excels at helping entrepreneurs and executives who are on the path to manifesting their dreams - whether they are on the first steps of a launch or a giant leap forward as they level up their business.
