Old in Heart, old in Mind, old in Soul. My Freedom is the greatest gift I can give to others by modeling the fact that freedom is available for everybody. The art of fasting is to refuse to feed on delusion. Anything that is not now is NOT real. All that is real is in the present moment. To come out of the illusion is to realize we are NOT in the mirror, we ARE the mirror. We are a portal, not an entity, not a thing.
