Season 2 marks the beginning of a trio on the cast with the addition of Mr. Matthew Eng! Matthew is an SF State grad who Vincent went with to college with. They formed a bond that could never break as broadcast journalism majors. 5+ years from graduating and here they are teaming up again to bring delightful content to ya ears. Vincent and Scarlett go over what allows them to strengthen their mental health.     This, the day of my birth

    This week, Vincent and Scarlett discuss a very special day! On May 21st, 1995, a young hispanic child was born and his parents named him Vincent! This episode is all about his birthday 29 years later. We only get one a year so please celebrate! Do not let things hold you back from making you feel any less special than you are. Scarlett and Vincent discuss the multiple pros of birthdays while also acknowledging the cons.
