There are over 2,200 women housed in CCWF - a system designed to favor men, leaving women vastly forgotten. “Life Sentence” delves into themes such as mental illness, abusive relationships, and sexual abuse. We shed light on the challenges faced by incarcerated individuals but also highlight the universal nature of these struggles. Our hope is through empathy and understanding, listeners will recognize the humanity in those behind bars.
